First time visiting the place with my husband. We had great experience, man that is working there helped us with the food, gave great advices, was very nice and friendly. Food tasted great, desert we had as a present from the place which was very lovely and for this I would give an extra point.Definitely recommend and will come again. Thank you!
It was probably the most unpleasant expensive meal I've ever eaten in St.John's. Everything tasted the same. The almond chicken was hard as a rock ... inedible ?
One of the best Chinese cuisine restaurants in St. Johns. Magic wok is for a fancy mood, and If you want to have real Chinese cuisine, go to China house.

Fantastic food, wonderful family run restaurant. They always have some particularly great dishes....double cooked pork was really hot but fabulous. It's a great restaurant for either eat in or takeout with great service and exceptional food. We traditionally have take out on christmas eve and they never disappoint! Can't find enough words to really say how good they are !
We ordered this for our very first time for New Years Eve. The chicken balls were over cooked and more batter than chicken. The chicken fried rice had no taste. The spare ribs were tough and not much meat. The chow mein was the only good part of the meal. Normally when we order Chinese food there is enough for the next day, unfortunately what we didn’t eat went in the garbage. $52 I thought was expensive for 2 dinners for two. Bad planning on our part that we never ordered in advance at our regular spot as I was working and unsure when I was going to finish my shift.
Very good selection of Chinese food ,However a 25 minute wait for New Year's.
The place looks amazing and the food is even more amazing
