Went there asked for 2 burgers . Specifically said no cheese on 1. Got cheese on both. Ordered nuggets , they must of been there all day. Was so hard and dry. No dipping sauce, no napkins.The person who served us had zero customer service. Absolutely the worst visit I ever had there...
The food was good. The service was ok. They were on to much of a hurry to listen to my order and put my order in for the wrong burger.
I had their classic breakfast. It was hot and tasty. Restaurant was clean and the staff were friendly.
Ever since I switched from mc Donald way better cheaper and never messed up an order yet great service

We went Burger king topsail road today at 4pm, the drinks weren't only warm(there was no ice at all) but flat. I asked for another it was the same way and so was my wife's coke. We tossed all the drinks into the garbage bin at the end of the drive through. The burgers and mozza sticks were cold, and I mean actually cold. I'm pretty sure they have been sitting there for hours would be my guess. The only thing fresh was the fries. I'm calling for my refund or something today and if I don't get some sense of this I'm done with this location and possibly franchise as this is the 3rd time in a row we've had bad experiences at this same location.we tossed the 30 dollars worth of food minus the French fries.
Used to love this BK years ago. But the quality of food here now is not good. You go order a Whopper meal at 5pm and it tastes like they microwaved old burger patties from lunch time. Gross!
