Very disappointed with our last visit.Staff were arguing with each other. Orders were backed up.When we finally got our order it was not great Baked potatoes were so small,bacon was 3 little pieces. Chicken strip were also half the size they used to be. The pop,we usually get tea/coffee,was so watered down it he'd no flavor.Never thought I would give Wendy's a bad review!

Waited 25 minutes inside for my order, then requested a refund. District manager was making the sandwiches, stick to your own job its not for you, slow as hell
An excellent visit. We stopped today to have breakfast and the manager opened the door for us. He was very friendly and asked us if it wad our first time for breakfast. We said yes and went to order. The order taker was very bright and cheerful. The food was delicious. After a short time the same manager came over and asked how the food was. A great experience! We will be back. ?
Ordered the new breakfast, that was a mistake. First I had to wait 5minutes or more to just place my order than 10 at the winter. To top it all off they gave me the wrong order.I was so upset I threw it in the garbage ?. No happy at all.
Very poor service. Was ignored for 5 minutes before my order was taken, I asked a simple question about wedges and it was rudely answered by ot was only for breakfast. Will not be back, only one star wish I could give none
Slowest drive-through in the whole city. I have had multiple experiences waiting 15+ minutes in line without moving more than a few feet before just driving away. You're much better off going to the A&W or Macdonalds just down the road. You will be in and out with your food in a fraction of the time.
Always terrible at the easy side Wendy's. Fries half full and Coke machine file your cup with water.
Was disappointed with the burger it was supposed to have 2 patties and only have 1 ,and the burger looked like someone stuffed it in their pocket
Quick service and good food are the staples of this place. I don't go often but when I do it reminds me of how much I enjoy a Dave's Double. 4/5, cause this is the Heart of Saint John.
