Ordered from a hotel, had it delivered and there was no gravy on both of my grandson's poutines, no salsa or sour cream for my quesadilla. A month or so later we ordered from a hotel again and there was NOTHING on my grandson's burger, no condiments, no salt and pepper and no forks in the bag. For a $110 I expect better service than that. To top it off, I have been waiting a week for the manager to call me, obviously they don't care about their customers happiness. The food is good, but the service sucks.
Great food, wonderful hotel. The restaurant could use a remodel and maybe a branding change. (I get that there's an arcade and it's a family restaurant but it feels a little too old/tacky and a little too childish).
Ordered chicken wings and popper only ranch sauce was good it was free of cost

Always treat me with kindness and I never have to wait long. I always get the fish & chips, a peice of carrot cake, and either a hot Chocolate or a milkshake. It's all delicious!
Stopped in for lunch, Philly steak poutine w a drink. Was $17 + tip, wasn't overly busy.Was a little pricy but was worth it, was enough food. Yummy brown gravy, enough toppings (could've used a bit more for the price) I liked how they put gravy on side for takeout. Would have preferred a can or bottle of pop opposed to the fountain pop. overall food was good and service was friendly.

First of all service was amazing! The waitress greeted us, asked us for proof of vaccination and sat us within 2 minutes of being there. Love the vibe of the restaurant. Waitress took our order right away and got our drinks in a timely manner! Food was amazing and you definitely need to try the deep fried ice cream? 10/10 experience!! Thank you so much! Will be back!
Food is reasonable, good and hearty soup. Quesadilla was fresh. Tables and surroundings were weathered. Staff was lovely
