So I love this Tim Hortons first of all and never ever have I said anything wrong. Today was the day! Today I watched as the new guy was called out on an incident as I walked in. Not in the office where it should have taken place, but behind the counter with a manager, and a supervisor, in front of coworkers and customers!! The young man looked upset and embaressed. It was all woman and he was on spotlight. Not cool!
I fed up with mixed my order for my kids all the time, tonight I ordered 3 honey dip donuts and 3 chocolate dip doughnuts with packs of timbitsI get only 5 donuts NOT what I ordered at allMy kids NEVER will eat it ☹️In the other hand they fighting over the timbitsNEXT time checking your order before you leave
Hot chocolate has been really good lately and the chocolate hazelnut muffin is super good
Love that they require masks and proof of vaccination to enter!
Worst quality, terrible customer service. Mouse hates it here, not recommended.
Super busy spot, always a huge line up for drive thru but most times moves pretty fast. Great service!
Worst place ever. I ordered alot of stuff from here and after just 10 minutes i asked employee is there any chance that i can get quarters. Employee were so nice and friendly to BUT that one old lady I don’t if she’s supervisor or not. But she just refused that employee. And employee girl apologized me and said “SHE SAID NO I’M SORRY” like totally unbelievable. Just because of request of some quarters she said no. Please Tim Hortons you need to hire nice people.Ruin our day.
Dining room is pretty packed with seniors but the staff were a highlight
My most favorite place to buy coffee. It is the best coffee and several different donuts and crispy chicken sandwiches and wraps. They also have hot soups. Everything for a quick lunch.
Very good quality for all the drinks and food! Long wait times however, you will have a long wait in both the drive-thru and inside :( just a popular location and lots of people traffic.
