My boyfriend and I go to this Tim’s every Sunday, our order is always wrong or they don’t make it right. We get the same thing every time. 2 large or medium ice coffees with oat milk and extra base but they taste like water half the time or there’s not enough base in it, we get 2 everything bagels toasted with extra butter, there’s only a little bit of butter or way too much with butter dipping out of the bag and they never give us napkins.

some rude employees, overheard an employee making fun of my father for mishearing what she said over the drive through speaker.
I am a local and I visit this business several times a week. I don't know how they do it;however, the employees are consistently friendly, it's like they never have a bad day or they are simply sufficiently professional to leave their personal problems at home.
Love all the girls and guys... always the absolute best service everyday.

What is this??? ?? Tim’s didn’t have any soup, buns or tomato’s and 1 napkin for 3 meals missed our sauces. Not a good experience . Wont be coming back
I’ve only been there twice, but the service was always quick and the attendants friendly. I particularly liked how they attended gently to the elderly couple that was before me.
