I’ve tried ordering from this tims multiple times and each time my order is cancelled on different days at different times. Remove skip the dishes if you never deliver!

10 ppl working and still exceptionally slow service. Small coffee with 1 sugar tasted like they half filled the cup with sugar.
Go thru here 2-3 times a week with $20+ orders, used to be very good but lately when I say my order I need to say it 3 or 4 times just for them to get it right and half of the time they mess something up or forget an item. This is why I'm now switching to McDonald's for my breakfast run in the morning.

Slowest drive thru in town. 7 people on the drive thru window and it took 16 mins for 2 coffees and a muffin.
Yet another Tim hortons listed as 24/7, but is not. This company needs to adjust its times to actual open and close so people don’t go out of their way for NO coffee on nights.

I ordered an english muffin and I saw the staff was making it without any gloves. He even took out the hot sausage and egg with his bare fingers(Didn't even use a tong)This was a few months ago when the Covid was worse. I hardly visit here since then and only order coffee. Hopefully it was just one time miatake
