food is always perfect! as well as the coffee which i don’t get made right at any other tims:/staff is always crazy friendly and they get everything out quick!

I order several time chai tea ....they never put sugar .....even they get confused in simple farmer egg and cheese wrap order ....i ignored several time its ok its ok but please make order properly this was 3 rd time please make drinks properly
Poor customer service. Staff actually requires aa training how to take and prepare orders. Staff is always confused while taking the orders.
This place is near to my workplace. So, this is my everyday place
Standard Tims with the usual fair. There is no drive through at this location. On my visit I ordered the staple: Medium double-double. I received 2 milk no sugar. There were no other customers in the store and it was dead. Not sure how you mess that order up. It forced me to go back to the store to get it corrected.
I was order bagel waiting 10 minutes or more my daughter wondering what I order why take too long
There is one regular staff here who is always extremely rude for no reason. I'm not sure what her name is but every time I come here(fairly often, I work in the mall), she is the one working and she just stares at you blankly and waits for you to talk instead of saying hello or anything. And I politely asked a simple question about why they have next to no baked goods and she loses her mind as if I should have already known the answer. Worst Tims in the city but unfortunately it's the one that's most convenient for me. Whatever this lady's name is, she does not belong in any job that deals with people.
It’s a mall store. Going to be busy at certain times on specific days. That is understandable. Lots of seating. Lots of regulars.
