Good employees, and quick time with having your order.
People who works here are either deaf or they only assign deaf people to take customer’s order. They can’t hear anything and make order always wrong. They don’t value customers and customer service. I went to the counter to get what I ordered after finding out they made my order wrong as usual, a Filipino women got aggressive at me for asking to make my order right. The Filipino women also charged me more money and when I told her you charged me more than you suppose to, she refused to give my money back. I’ll never go to this location until they get staff who can meet customer’s expectations and Canadian culture.
Customer service is so bad here, some days you get amazing people, I live 2 minutes drive and it's so close, but I always ends up driving to the north end or other tims in town, even if they hear you well they would always say, I CANT HEAR YOU MAM, then goes and say "WAS THAT A CHICKEN WRAP AND DOUBLE DOUBLE MEDIA COFFEE!!Me: yes mamBetter way to change that is to say it and ask if you got that right because it wasn't clear etc,Me: she is raising her voice saying she can't hear, but at the same time she got all the stuff correct, just so rudeOh and there were free times I couldn't get anything because the machine broke "the hot drink machine"
Ordered BLT. Lettuce came spoiled. If that is the only lettuce available, don't put it on. It should always be fresh. Very disappointed.
Order is wrong 60% of the time and they are put out when you bring your wrong order back to be rectified. They will give you a messy sandwich and put no napkins in the bag like they come out of their pay if they give you any extra. The Tim's experience is not what it used to be, that's for sure...
Tried to get an iced coffee, was told they didn't have any. Ordered a coffee and a hot chocolate, was told hold on they had to check. Then they said ok. Then I waited almost five min for a coffee and hot chocolate... The other day I went there for breakfast and they messed my order up while ordering more than 3 times. I got them to erase it all and start over, still didn't get it right. Ended up leaving and having to go to another Tims!
We went to the one on the corner by reversing falls I don't have a problem with them asking about proof of vaccination with id but to demand photo id when it clearly states on the gnb website as long as it's government like Medicare ectnot everyone has a license and it's ridiculous that they demand photo idea so we just sit on the Wendy's side cause they only ask for id that has your name to show the same name
Cashier was impatient bordering on rude..even her coworkers were kind of looking at her
Just wish you wouldn't get cut off or rushed ordering at drive thru, especially when it's only ever 2 coffees
I work nights. Online it says this tim hortons is open 24/7. I went through and the speaker chimes in with this nice ladies voice saying how can I help you today. I order and wait for 5 minutes to realize no one is actually inside. I pulled off and back on the pad and the speaker once again chimed on. They should take down there 24 hour claim. It’s very frustrating for people looking for this and going out of their way to get their morning coffee for night shift.
