We were a group of 10 who went early on a Sunday evening and we were seated straight away. The restaurant was busy as well. The service we received from our server was exceptional. She took our order quickly, she was great with the kids and she checked on us to make sure everything was OK. She was wonderful, I didn't get her name unfortunately, otherwise I would write it here. The food was delicious and it was good sized portions. We enjoyed our meal and the atmosphere and will definitely go back again.

Our favourite place to go in Saint John. Great food, great staff and amazing atmosphere

First and foremost I need to give a HUGE shoutout to the Amazing staff that Holly and Kenny have working there… always friendly and ever so helpful when choosing a delicious meal ! My Husband and I usually make Thandi a weekly visit ( unless we are away ) most times on a Thursday . Last evening I ordered the Shrimp Risotto because my server highly recommended it. I shared the dish with my husband who has never had Risotto and this Was Hands down absolutely amazing ? Thank you Chef and also Darrell for suggesting we try it !

Excellent food, great service!

Our dinner was fantastic! ( as always!)Great service by NikaylaLots of leftovers for lunch tomorrow,Thanks again for a Great Dinner DateP.S. you have to try the Chocolate Cheese Cake!!!

Food is typically very good and our goto for Indian cosine. Had not so great experience today when ordering cheesecake. Cheeskakes here were portioned very liberally but tonight it feels like portions were halved but the price remained. Pictured was 10$.

I ordered ahead for takeout , and asked for their biryani, extra spicy. They asked if I’d like it ‘Indian spicy’, I wondered what that meant..but since I was visiting from Ontario, I assumed this is some weird Saint John nomenclature. The biryani was expensive at 33$ after taxes , and portion size was little. For SJ locals who don’t have much Indian food options this is passable, but for anyone visiting from other provinces, absolutely avoid the place. Pretentious establishment run by white people. Never heard of the term Indian spicy till date, lol.

The ambiance was pleasant but the quality of the food was awful. Calamari was ok in itself but padded out with chopped cabbage not sure why; it took away crispness. The wonton soup was very odd and the shared plat was dry , charred and overcooked. Disappointed; We’ve eaten here before and it was better.

The best( at lease almost best ) Indian restaurant in Saint John area. The customer service is great, taste is great. Located is great. Environment is great too!May a little bit hard to find a parking lot in busy hours, price is above the average.Over-all, recommended. 4.5 star ? ???⭐

Love Thandi's, the staff, the food and the experience are all so good every time. This visit gathered with some friends to expose some to the restaurant while taking advantage of the local Chop Chop experience. Our wait staff was attentive and responsive, the three course meal was divine, and the night was great.
