Customer service wasn't the best
Pretty good subs but terrible lobster roll. What they selling as lobster roll is not a lobster roll. It is a lobster sub which is terrible. A real lobster roll is mixed lobster and mayonnaise and celery and salt n pepper and some like other spices. This is stuffed into a nice bun on lettuce. I like it in top split hot dog bun. Lesson learned...
The worker who was working on 26 dec at night was very rude and arrogant. I think he is not willing to work and was in a hurry to close the store . Bad experience ever at any subway store
Had the 6 inch cold cut was alright however my son had the kids meal with the small sandwich and he loved it ❤

Good food!
Clean store, with adequate seating. The staff were friendly and prompt with their service. The location is conveniently close to Uptown Saint John but isn't directly "uptown", so you don't have to drive a bunch of one-way streets or deal with pedestrian traffic to get there. And the parking is free. Conveniently tied to an Irving gas station.
Quick service. Never busy. Hiding on the side of a gas station.
Going back to work after an appointment it was lunchtime and needed something to eat quick stopped into Subway got a fresh turkey wrap quick and delicious
