Excellent service. The staff are very energetic and thoughtful. The seafood was very fresh and it’s worth the money. The chowder is a must. Also, the patio is pet friendly.

Located directly across from the cruise terminal it is a great spot to enjoy a meal or a cold beer. In addition to the indoor restaurant there is a large patio. We enjoyed pints of beer ($6.09) and an order of Buffalo Shrimp ($14). Beer was cold and the shrimp delisious.

Food was great. Service was good. Pricing was more than fair. We had the shore lobster meal for 2 that included chowder, mussels and 2 lobster. We both order drinks and a side of sweet potato fries. We were pleased with the whole meal and had a terrific time!

Amazing place. Fun atmosphere the food and drinks were delicious and it was very baby friendly. We went in about 45 minutes before closing after a long travel day and we didn't feel rushed at all. The staff was absolutely amazing and entertained our 9 month old by showing her a live lobster. She loved and so did we 10/10

The steamers are fabulous! Plump, moist and a burst of the sea in every bite. I liked that they weren't overly seasoned, all i needed to do was dunk them into butter and pop them in my mouth. I regret my decision to not go back for a 3rd or 4th bucket of the steamers. The fried calamari are also excellent but the portion is a bit skimpy. The clam chowder is decent. The prices are much higher than I remember from previous visits, even accounting for the proximity to the cruise ship.

Wings are yummy.. but I don't suggest the calamari from their menu... everything else is so good.

We weren’t wanting much for dinner, so I ordered a bowl of seafood chowder for my meal. Husband ordered a cup of clam chowder and order of calamari. Both chowders had a super thick consistency and not because of too much seafood/clams. I guess too much starch. Calamari was nothing special. Food a disappointment. Wait staff very friendly.

The service was quick and our server was super nice. It was baby friendly (one year old) and the food was amazing. A tad expensive though. I would go back for sure!

We went here on our first night in town. Has the authentic feel of a small town seafood restaurant. Meal was fantastic. Recommended if in town and wanting an authentic east coast experience.

After a few mediocre to poor experiences, we hit up Steamers. It is located across from the new cargo-container entertainment district. The scallops from Nova Scotia on the menu come wrapped in bacon and deep-fried. I asked if I could get the scallops without bacon and pan-seared. Waitress said no problem. I received 6 perfectly cooked scallops accompanied with cocktail sauce. They were very good. My wine was Canadian chardonnay. Oaky and vanilla. No complaints. Steamers is one of the better Saint John restaurants. I would return.
