I won't ever order from them again. I've NEVER had a problem with pizza delights, but tonight was an experience that I will never go back to. We had ordered pizza and nachos and they were delivered within a decent time frame, however the pizza was completely wrong. Not what we had ordered at all. Once we called, it took a good amount of time for them to answer the phone, only for them to tell me it was not their problem and to contact skip for the mistake. Skip did not make the mistake, you did, and the fact that you couldn't take the time to listen or try to sort out the problem with me is something I will not ever do again. If you make the mistake, you correct it, but they did not do that, and we will not be ordering from here again.The man on the phone was rude and short with me, and it wasn't anything on my end, you sent me the wrong pizza.
Ordered Donair, they didn't put tomato, lettuce and onion on, dough was not cooked enough. Paid almost $30 to have it delivered. When I called to tell them they put me on hold for a few minutes then picked up and asked what I wanted to order. Had to explained twice what I called for. She told me I didn't order properly, no one else complained. Then told me to bring it back and they will redo it. I told her we paid for delivery, she said fine then give us the other one back as tbough I went through all this to get a free one. Terrible customer service. I would never order or go to this place again.

It used to look better. The place just looks cheap and like a teenage boy bought some light strips on Amazon and threw it on the counter. It looks bad and the whole atomspere is way off from how it used to be. What happened to all the cool decor. There was no music. Honestly its gone way down hill and I won't be dining in there. That location was a huge part of my childhood. Sad to see it in the state it is in. Corny stupid design and employees that don't even welcome you into the store. The lights should be removed they look dumb. If your gonna do it do it right and put the strips in a channel with a defuser. and mount it so it pointed down. Very unprofessional look in my opinion and anybody that knows anything about is gonna say the same stuff.
I had a horrible experience at the Loch Lomond pizza delight for take out. I ordered the broadway classic (my fav kind from there), garlic fingers, and chicken wings. The garlic fingers were so thin, I thought they had mistakenly made them thin crust. They were cold and soggy, and the pizza was covered in oregano, and I mean covered. I have no idea how any person would have sent that out and thought it was acceptable. The food was inedible, and I paid 47$ plus I tip.
This Pizza Delight goes above and beyond everyday but I certainly witnessed this last night when we got Skip and our meal was wrong. Rose hand delivered our meal right to the door herself.
The phone service to order absolutely bad, once there to pick it up, bad service, they also wanted to over charge me for delivery but because I demanded to check the charges, they reimbursed the delivery charges, the pizza itself undercooked, the dough is raw, and the taste not good for the price. Quality for price:definitely the worst pizza we have ever had
Pizza always tastes great and the service is always pleasant!
We ordered online, which was a struggle, the system is not user friendly. When we arrived the dining room was empty, and ours was the only order slip on their board, yet they still managed to mess up one of items we ordered. Disappointing.
