I love the food but I don't like that they have to be shut down to clean. That had nothing to do with covid.
We have eaten at Mother Nature’s mant times, it is always delicious…BUT yesterday we were very shocked to se their prices increase dramatically!! No longer is the side salad included in the pita pocket price ! After looking at our bill we saw $1.09 for “extra feta”…my husband went to the man on cash and showed him….saying we did not order extra feta. The man said it is an automatic charge for the salad dressing, and there were only 2tiny pieces of flaked feta!! My husband asked how can you sell “Greek” salad without dressing that is Greek??? His reply was “we are told to charge it” ..well, we will certainly not go back! We were not even told this when we ordered, they just charged us (probably hoping people don’t notice!). It isn’t the staff’s fault, they are just doing what they are told…
Awesome place to eat while visiting Saint John. Pleasant and friendly customer service.Clean and spacious and very comfortable settings. Had myself a chicken Cesar pitta pocket, a little messy but very delicious with a side of Greek salad ? ? my wife ordered a lasagna which it looked so good I had no choice but dig in to it and try it for myself, fantastic. Carrots cake was scrumptious ?.Thanks, I'll be back again to try the chicken lasagna.
It was my first time there in 20yrs, but I was surprised how good it was and I'd go again.
I enjoy the fresh options here - generally a veggie stir fry and Greek salad. They have donair, pokkets, lasagna, meatballs, rice etc and lovely fresh desserts. The Baclava is tasty. Most platters are in the $11 - $13 range. Served cafeteria style but clean, well kept dining room to eat in.
Steak pita....I only go to SJ twice a year and this restaurant is in my non negotiable list.The food, the desserts the staff... no better place on earth, sorry Mom.
