Went here with a group of friends since we were staying at the Delta for the weekend. When at the bar early in the afternoon, the husbands were discussing the door dash feast we were going to have for supper. Kit (our server) suggested that they order food at the restaurant and she had a private room available. We came down later and were treated to sparkling wine and appetizers. We then moved to the private room where we had an array of food including chicken tenders, chicken wings, quesadillas, pizza, salad, onion rings and more! Kit was awesome and brought the surprise to life. Everything was awesome. Thank you so much for helping our husbands plan this special dinner!!!
It’s too bad. This used to be one of our favourite restaurants in Saint John. However, we have tried to go to Mix four separate occasions over the past few months, but each time the restaurant was closed.The last time they were shutting the gate as we arrived. We showed the staff that the hours on Google and Facebook both showed they should have been open.Because of the difficulty and cost of parking uptown, and the fact that you cannot see if Mix is open from the street, we have decided that it’s not worth the hassle to bother trying any more.
Having had to stay at the Delta for several weeks I’ve sampled many things on the menu. The food is great (that burger, divine) the service is lovely. Will definitely be back
Over a few days of our family trip, we stayed at the Delta Marriott in St. John and we were so glad to have sampled many breakfast and dinner dishes at the Mix. They had some amazing treats on the menu you absolutely must try. Scallops, pulled pork poutine, fish and chips, crispy chicken burger, even their pizza was quite savory. The Mix signature cocktails were also VERY tasty. (the Dave Matthews was my favorite). For dessert, the caramel cheesecake and apple blossom were out of this world amazing. Full marks to the staff who greet you with a smile and are very friendly. We will definitely make the Mix a return trip destination.
Well I never give anybody a 5, but this would certainly be a 4.8. We had a Birthday Luncheon for a dear friend who LOVES TO WATCH THE WATER. Magnificent view of the Harbour, extensive menu, and our SERVER was EXTRAORDIAIRE.We will definitely be back, actually one of our favorite spots to go in Saint John…Many thanks to the Mix Resto Bar team for making a special event even more special???

We had an awesome experience here! Kids eat free under 6. We got 3 half priced appetizers. Food was amazing, service was amazing and our whole bill was only 27$ Haven't been this pleased with a restaurant in a long time! ?
Mix is a perfect spot to meet up with great friends. About once quarterly my friend and I meet up to catch up on business and life. It use to be about our visits, but now our experience isn't complete without Kit! She is always right there with her beautiful smile, a good hearted conversation and a laugh. She is part of why we enjoy making Mix our meet up ritual. Thanks so much for being amazing at what you do and making us feel special. Kit is everything the city means in hospitality!
