Again, they are cheaping out on straws. Today we received 1 straw for two drinks. This was our favorite Mickey D's for breakfast, but we think this will soon be changing.

What do you expect from village people and their spawn, ignorants managing children. The customer service isn't 'bad', just doesn't exist. They will verbally attack you without even asking you what's going on, they think they are the royal guard over here. Absolute shambles of a store.
My favorite one in Saint John always the best one to eat when I go back to my hometown, when here often before I moved.
Every time I go here thay eather mess up my order or give it to someone else. I will never go here again & I normally go 5 days a week when I work. Worst place to go unless you want your meal not what u ordered. Thay need people that understand English at there cash not people that are still learning. Rather go to Walmart McDonald's that never mess up & more friendly I waited 40 min at this store for a coffee & muffin & when I confronted a employee thay had to look it up cause thay take ur order number off screen even if unfulfilled
Clearly they don't care about presentation/customer service
It's seems always busy like all fast food chain but it makes you wonder why was in there to order a meal and garbage where all over flowing and I mean big time what a dirty place what they serve me that days was only good to feed seagulls outside cause they eat anything there flurry sucked big time look like nothing they had advertised but hey money still coming right so why change a good thing

Worker at the drive thru didn't secure lid on the coffee, it popped off and dumped hot coffee all over my leg. They just stared at me uselessly. After I got home with what was left of my coffee and it was burnt and flavorless
