I’ve now had two door dash orders messed up by this location. They either include the wrong option or omit something completely. And one app order for curbside pickup they forgot the drink so I had to get out with my kid out of the car seat and walk in to get it. Ordering through the McDonald’s app and doing curbside pickup takes longer than just going through the drive through. Once I waited 10 minutes in the parking lot at 4 pm, not even dinner rush. I watched loads of cars go through the drive through faster than I got my order which was placed ages before they even drove up. Just not impressed ??♀️
The manager there is rude , the most worst McDonald’s branch I have experienced my whole life. Ordered a double burger, it came in a mini burger box not meant for a double quarter burger. The burger was made any how, like I didn’t just pay $13 for it. It was literally a mess. The pickles were placed underneath the burger, rather than on top. Onions on cheese in the middle of the double burger. No ketchup or sauce in it. Just dry. I quickly asked for a refund and left. The manager also spoke to me with no respect. This branch is a disaster. I live not far from it but will rather go all the way to the branch at Lancaster mall to spend my money there. I suggest you train the manager again or get rid of him. He’s useless.
Absolutely disastrous service, ordered coffee and got cold one and the fries were cold too. Who are these people come here for meal. Please avoid this location.
I’ve been sick as a Dawg and barely able to eat for a couple of days.My sleeping pattern is off as a result and around midnight I found myself needing two cheeseburgers.The lineup at this McDonald’s was insane. Somehow Elissa, the night manager, greeted me with enthusiasm.I wouldn’t have been so chipper given the circumstance.Very pleasant experience.
90% of the time my orders aren't what I ordered.Train your employees properly please.Do not take my money before lunch and tell me you aren't serving lunch. 25-30 minute wait for this
I went thru the drive thru and got food quickly, very little waiting in the lineup, tried a new burger which was delicious!!
staff is always friendly and even during their busiest times of the day they will take the time to make sure your order is done right
usually very good but on this visit they had no hamburger. I wanted a burger but had to get nuggets. The nuggets were freshly made and fantastic.
I was never so disgusted not only did they charge me full price when I gave them a coupon they gave me ice cold food gross my dogs enjoyed it however I did Not! I will have to travel to Westside hopefully better food and service avoid main street mc donalds is the best advice one could give.
It's modern and relatively clean. Staff can be friendly, but inconsistent. I don't know if it just me but the food at McDonald's has gone down in quality over the years. It was never great per se, but I have felt let down by the serving size, presentation, and value every time I have eaten here.
