The website needs so much work. Between eggrolls somehow not being anywhere on site, the terrible navigation and periodically saying that my delivery location is not available. I cant see me ordering here anymore.

We had Linn Chau for the first time tonight. It was the best Chinese food I have had in a long time. Portion sizes are very generous, food was fresh, hot and very tasty. The chicken balls had nice big pieces of chicken with not a ton of batter. Everything was wrapped well and stayed hot, staff were awesome.
I placed a order tonight and didn’t receive my food I called multiple times to try to see what’s going on and they never answered there phone , VERY DISAPPOINTED and VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE..
It's been years since I had linn chow we always got the combo one . Tonight we got the combo 1 it was awesome love the new Containers
we just ordered and got it delivered for date night and it was really wonderful and they have shrimp chips omg so good, great food and hot when we got it, it took a while but it was expected being a Saturday night, so no worries there, so all was worth the wait. thanks
Well first off I love the food service and members of the Lin Chau Restaurant however I am beginning get frustrated ?. I have been standing at my front door for just about a half hour waiting time is now... 2hrs total please let it arrive sooner rather than later.
First time there,we had chicken chow mein,wongtong soup,and another noodle combo,lage portions,good price,we will return to try other dishes,takeout only
This restaurant is disgrace! I ordered at 9 am on Christmas eve and asked for pickup to be at 4:15 pm. I was there on time, and stood in the cold for over 45 minutes. I went to the window twice and was told my food would be right out. I got fed up and went home, which is almost an hour away from this restaurant. I got a call at 6:15 pm that my order was ready. I understand that it was busy but there is no excuse for food to be 2 hours late when it was placed 7 hours beforehand. The manger was very rude on the phone and didn't even seem to care about how bad my experience was. If there was an option for zero stars that is what this place should get
We love the food here. fast, friendly and accommodating. We highly recommend this restaurant. Singapore noodles are my favorite!!!!
