The staff here is awesome and the chicken is great we travel 120km to go to this KFC

I have to say they have one of the worst websites, customer service, lack of product and the worst refund policy ever.December 27 2021 I placed an order online. Came to 53.22. We went to the store to collect the items and we were told they had run out of white meat. We asked for a refund and was told it would take 2-3 days. It has been almost a week. It has also been supposedly escalated twice. The complete lack of service and professionalism makes it very easy to not visit this location again. To say I'm angry over this is an understatement
I was on the phone placing my order and I was gonna ask the customer service guy if he could get the delivery driver to call me when he's here because my buzzer don't work and he hung up on me so I tried to call them back 3 times to mention that I wanted the driver to call me when they show up so I can pay for my order but they kept hanging up on me so now my son and I gotta wait outside til it gets here. The food better be worth it if the customer service was terrible.
I usually don’t give reviews to anyone but today i have too . Customer service is fine. My order was totally messed up. On my sandwich toppings were missing. Sauce was way too much extra . Mainly I requested for fresh but they probably just re-heat and gave it to me. It was too much oily. Even oil was dripping from my sandwich while i was eating . I just took 3 bites and there was at least 4 table spoon of oil ?? on paper wrap. Even because of that sandwich, i got sick ?, my stomach hurt for whole day.
Part if my order was missed and it wasn't noticed until I got home in Chance Harbour. I would have gotten a coupon sent to my email through KFC for the missing item but they also didn't provide a receipt. Thats the last time I drive away without checking the bag first
Hit or miss. There is a sign inside that states "All orders are triple checked". Clearly, this isn't the case as often items are missing; mainly side items like cutlery and dipping sauces. Perhaps the sign should state "Please make sure to triple check YOUR order". KFC isn't cheap nor inexpensive but I realize it is fast food. Food quality for the most part is good for KFC standards based on my experiences.

Ordered a 150$ meal online with my coworkers for the following day and they had it all ready on time and helped me load my truck.
