It was the best. From the time we walked through the door till we left.Our server was Emma and she went above and beyond for us.The food was so , so good.Every one was so friendly.We will go back and back again!!
Took about 15 mins for someone to even acknowledge people were at the door. My steak was cold when I got it still tried eating it but couldn’t server took it back to heat it up and it was still cold. Spent an hr and a half and most of it was waiting. Customer service was not great either
They do have a dedicated gluten free menu, which is nice. The adult meals are fine, everything was as expected.Do not recommend getting the kids hamburger - it was super thin and my kid said “gross”. They did replace it with the chicken strips which were eaten right up! He also really liked the jungle juice!
Good meal for a reasonable price. Safe clean environment. Very pleasant staff.
Service was absolutely terrible tonight at jungle Jim’s which isn’t usual for this location. Waitress served cold wings and and half a container of bbq sauce. I was ignored by the waitress and not even asked what I’d like to drink, had to flag her down to let her know she forgot to do her job. Not friendly and not very helpful either, left lots of mess on the table. If I could of cleared the table and brought my own dishes back I would of. She definitely ruined my experience here tonight and I’m not sure if I’ll be returning. Waitresses should be properly trained on how to serve.
This was my first at Jungle Jim’s. It was just an amazing experience even amidst this Covid times. Food was superb totally worth it. Ambience was so cool loved it. But the most amazing part that made all this special, cherry on the cake was Jordan’s service. She was just amazing at what she does. Too care of us and the orders so professionally yet in a friendly manner. I really felt home :) Gold star to Jordan!!! :) :) She is best as what she does. Definitely gonna re-visit❤️
We came for our daughter's birthday, she loves the place. My wife and I on the other hand just aren't fans of the food. However, the atmosphere is fun. It's just not the place for us.
Their version of chicken parmigiana is like nothing I have ever seen before and hopefully, never see again. Dry chicken CUBES in a bland ALFREDO sauce. Not even sure that "dish" exists elsewhere.
very disappointed ordered off skip you guys didn't send out the soup that's on your skip menu added with the deep-fried pickles were under cooked and disgusting very much disappointed and will never be ordering again
First off website said they closed at 10pm We got there at 8, no sooner was our meal in front of us was the waiter asking if we will be needing anything else because they close in 15 mins (9pm) We were rushed through and basically watched like hawks so we would leave. Food came out missing condiments and it seemed like an inconvenience for the waiter to bring us some. Absolutely poorest service ever received in there, we were the only people in the place and our drink order took 25 minutes. Not too often we get a chance to go out and chat and we couldn't even do that.
