very poorly run and very poorly managed since the last time i was there last year the first week in mat but there was a person there sitting in the corner later found it was the owner Ontario. found him Very rude to staff and Management.. thought I would not go back but I Thought I would give a other change but see it got worse the staff has change ask to see manager see they change the manager. In my opinion it was a mistake the other was engaged with the staff and they seen happier which made them friendly
We have tried eating in and the drive through. Just figuring out the drive through requires a map. Not easy to find and not well marked. But inside the employees are friendly and upbeat and make you feel very welcome. The place was clean and mostly empty and the meal was typical Harvey's food. Impressed with the employees.
We went through the drive thru last evening and both the young lady who took our order as well as the young man who gave us our order were incredibly friendly and efficient. The young man even thanked us for our business as we drove away. It was an incredible experience! We will be back! PS the deep fried pickles are delish!
Couldn't have asked for better service and atmosphere... staff was more than friendly tonight... we haven't been out for a long time with the family because of covid but decided tonight we would and glad we picked your restaurant.... staff was smiling (behind their mask) so nice to see!!!!
The staff is amazing, not only polite but they are willing to go above and beyond for any random customer like myself during supper rush, remake food because I got off late, just to make sure I was happy with the order. Top notch service. Really hope everyone there is proud of their work, its the little things.
I ordered from them last night. Not only was the entire order wrong but the food was freezing and the quality of the food in general was low. Nothing was edible. I called to let them know that I was very displeased and they told me it is not their issue because I ordered through DoorDash. But the delivery driver for Door Dash is not responsibile for preparing the food. Will not order from them again.
Listen, I was gonna get garlic mayo on my Buffalo chicken sandwich, buddy says "get the ranch" and listening to him was the best decision I ever made. This sandwich took me to the moon! I swear, best sandwich I've had in a long time. @GuinnessWorldRecords cuz this sandwich was best in class. @RipleysBelieveItOrNot cuz this sandwich was unbelievable! Thank you to the employee who suggested I get the ranch... Life-changing to say the least. And thank you to everyone who works here for making this possible.
Does the staff pay for the napkins,salt,ketchup and forks for poutine because every time I go there I ask for all the above at the drive through speaker and again at the window and we never get anything in the bag......ease direct
If you order drive-thru make sure you check your order before you leave since it's guaranteed to be screwed up every time I go there the order is messed up I ordered a burger with multiple toppings they said they had no onions so I said okay no onions and I guess they interpreted that as no toppings at all
The prices went way up since the last time I was there . The service was good .
