Spent over 50.00 Friday for pizza and Donairs! Pizza was like paper couldnt get any thinner! Donairs was the worst we ever had- donair meat was like burnt bacon, small pieces or like big hunks of stew meat! Burnt or hard whichever - was both...hubbies had a half a bottle of donair sauce on it. Everything was just horrible. I will drive the extra little bit fot pizza delight next time!!!
Online ordering is garbage barely works and only way to get deals is thru online which is sad.
I was treated so poorly by there night manager ...My Pizza was not cooked properly as well as they made my order incorrect...When I complained they offered me five dollars on my next order...When I said that doesnt work.. He then screamed at me and said he would boycott me and then hung up....
Waited a hour and a half for not so great pizza that was cold on delivery 2 thumbs down barf
Pizza was good. Just like most places could use more sauce but there garlic parm crust was great. Only my second time having flavor crust,the first time was from another location and you could watch the grease pour out of it. Turned my stomach but my man wanted to try it at this location. I was very surprised and definitely be going back.
They didn’t even attempt to shave the meat for my donair. It was a giant log and the onion was ‘chopped’ into massive pieces. Whoever prepares the food clearly doesn’t care.
I live right behind them and their pizza is amazing I dont know how they do it but its amazing
I ordered 3 pizzas from online. One of the pizzas was wrong and the manager refunded my 3 pizzas and kept the delivery charge. It was a simple fix by sending me out the right pizza. Instead she choose to argue and not just fix the mistake. Defently never ordering from west greco again. I must say west needs some management training! Ive ordered from sommerset for 9 years and never had a problem!
They have improved their quality, I love it!On a busy day they run out quickly on supplies. Best get yours before supper.
