When do you slice onions on a donair and very little sauce for a large donair Fifty dollar order and so dam dry we just took a fork and ate the meat never again will I order donairs and waste my money
Called and asked for pizza specials with 1 pizza. Was told they had the $8.99 special. I said so I can get jusy one pizza he said yes.Get there and they tell me I have to pay for two pizzas. I have never ordered from l here since it opened so I didn’t know.I said that wasn’t my mistake was the gentleman behind her she said oh well haha.So I left. And that’s that never again.I Hope someone enjoys the two pizzas they made with pepperoni and bacon :)
Terrible experience everytime I ordered garlic fingers and pizza the pizza wasn’t even cut and no donair sauce and this happens frequently will not return
We just had some take away ?? A donair party pizza with stuffed crust, And a couple of donair burgers on the side. It was sooooo good! Tons of toppings and cooked perfectly. Off the chart! Way to go Greco East! ??
Our first couple of experiences at this location where less than desirable. First time crust was burnt, second wasn't cooked. I had all but given up but decided to give it one more try. I just wanted to give a huge Kudos to Laurie the new Manager at the East side location. She never fails to provide outstanding customer service no matter how busy she is. And our orders are always delicious, thanks Laurie ?
horrible service we waited almost 3 hours since we ordered for our pizza and garlic fingers we only live 1.2 km away had to call and get a refund. stay away.
Ordered a party pizza for family of 6. All meat. They order the works witch three of the 6 of us will not eat. Never going there again!
Poorly managed with a rude employee who likes to hang up on you. Who knows maybe it's the same person who used to do the same thing at Papa John's.
Zero stars...I placed an online and prepaid order on Thursday. It never got delivered. I waited 40 minutes past the delivery time and still no food...I called the place.to.see what was wrong and they told me I never ordered...even though I was looking at a receipt for my.prepaid online order I had placed a few hours ago....I then hung up and called.back...again another employee told me I never ordered...I then asked for a manager but got a supervisor...who was able to indeed confirm my order and just told me that they missed it because they were really busy.....so...wow. its now been FOUR days...still haven't heard from the store owner that I requested call me....and its been FOUR DAYS WITH NO REFUND OF MY 30 dollars. Buyers beware...stay away from this place for sure. Terrible service
Horrible order 2 party pizza's,a cheese pizza and a garlic fingers for my son's 3rd birthday party. Went to pick it up they were left in the oven so they burnt. They had to make it again an hour later I got my order while I had 16 hungry people waiting, no offer of any kind of for a voucher or discount for the inconveniences. And when I got it home the pizza's were under cook. I live 2 minutes up the street and it would have been faster and better quality to go to the North end one, which I will be doing next time if we go for Greco.
