We just had a couple of these new burgers, and my wife and I were really disappointed. We always loved the burgers here. So now we will only be getting the ice cream cakes from here. It’s sad how management makes changes for the worse. Bad move DQ….

This is, by far, the worst DQ I have ever been. It's as if they don't follow the recipe, 0% consistency from any other DQ. Friendly staff but the quality of the product was terrible.
D.Q. what have you done to your burgers.. I have tried the "new" burgers at two different locations, to give it an honest try, the "meat" is awful...you use to be on of our favorite burger stops... no more..bring back the beef !!!
Ever since the new ownership the cooked food had always been an absolute disappointment, i feel like some of employees are just ignorant family members of the owner of this location work here and don’t put any pride in their services. The food tonight was awful, for one I didn’t receive what I ordered, after taking a bite of the burger I felt it was uncooked, upon further inspection it noticed it was indeed, uncooked. I asked for a new burger and asked for it to be cooked better. Once I received my new burger it was once again barely cooked, not to mention tastes exactly like the frozen Pattie’s from Costco.. the ice cream is probably the only thing that keeps people coming to this location, if only there was another location in Saint John that served food, other than ice cream. I feel like it would easily put this place out of business. Dairy Queen should be ashamed of this particular store. The food is never as shown and always very poorly prepared.
I go here quite often & they’re very kind!They gave me a ice cream cone for free, totally unexpected & I thought that was sooooo kind of them because they didn’t have to & I went there again on Saturday & again offered me another cone, I declined but still, what a thoughtful & kind thing to do!!!!Everyone is so quick to say bad things about ppl/businesses so I thought it’s nice to share something good!!!Keep up the good work DQ ❤️
Always affordable prices and very fast getting your food ir ice cream
Ordered a hot fudge sundae. There wasn’t enough hot fudge to even go around it.
"Avoid"This place has gone down hill. No buddy speaks English which is an issue when trying to explain your order. They nuked my wife's chicken fingers and the burgers where not fresh, just out of a drawer. Asked for water, they gave dollar store water, like really guys.Unfortunately, I believe this was our last visit there. Save your money and taste buds.Both thumbs down
The blizzard that we ordered was not mixed, the burgers were cold and the bacon wasn't cooked
