Long wait for food. Not like what used to be!!!! Covidd not respected one must wesr mask until they get food in front of yhem.
It's different burgers I like them great job
Can't say I enjoyed my latest experience. Fries were cold, same for burger. Meal was purchased around 5:30pm no reason for food to be cold at that time of day.
Nice renovated design, but portions should be considered. Meals were served warm not hot!
Had hair in my food the last three times there and the last time my burger tasted funny
awful, incapable of remembering anything, sauces, napkins, etch i asked for one thing and sauce and they forgot. every time i got to this burger king they forget at least two items. it’s not that difficult, and this is coming from someone who works in fast food, do better.
Fries were cooked but didn't taste that great. They changed the bun on my fav burger so that was gross. But i ate it without the bun. Mozza sticks were alright.
I stopped for a Whopper which I do once in a while. I was surprised that it wasn't as good as usual the meat was dry and the tomato wasn't up to Parr. Sorry but as in all my reviews I have to tell it as it is. ☹️
Would have given 0 stars if that was an option...Got an ordered delivered and it was completely messed up...Missing items...Wrong items...2 sad kids...It happens i know but when i called (7 times before an answer) and tried to have the problem rectified the young lady was quick to tell me that was impossible and could not have happened she said she would look into it and be back in 2 mins which turned into 22 before i decided to hang up...Guess another place that doesn't need buisiness to stay open.
My daughter and I ordered ourselves meals from Burger King and about an hour later we were completely sick. I called the store to give them a heads up and the lady on the phone was completely ignorant stating i was “prank calling” this goes to show how much they care about there customers who are paying to eat with them. I hope the owners of Burger King realize what there employees are like because i won’t be supporting there company again.
