I was here early in the morning for a classic breakfast. You can have it for dine-in or take-out.There was not too many people dining-in for breakfast time. The classic breakfast will be served very quickly.You can ask how your eggs to be cooked and you will get what you ask for.I have not tried their regular menu at this location yet. So, I cannot review those menu at the moment.
this place is yet to be rude with customers. the stress these employees take on is crazy. if you want food that is fresh 24/7 why don’t you fly down to Montana’s. if you didn’t know it’s fast food for a reason. if you want your food fresh from a fast food place then ask for off the broiler but then yet you food scammers would complain about waiting for your fresh food.
From the moment I walked in today I should have turned around and walked out.The staff were rude; to me, to customers in the drivethru.I was very clear about my very easy order and both of my burgers were made incorrectly.The onion rings were all dough, no onion. The cheese on the burger was cold. My son's poutine was cold and he didn't eat a bite of it.To top it off the entire time I was there the staff were yelling so loud I heard them at the back table of the restaurant. It was a bad experience made even worse by the fact our food was lackluster. Such a waste of time and money.We will go to the east location going forward.
Food is fine, but the burgers look squished. The wait at the drive through can be very long for some reason.
Most unprofessional Place. I went for dine in waited ten minutes for someone to take my order none of the works and shift managers had gloves on nor hair nets some weren’t even wearing a mask The shift managers have no control over the members they were on their cell phones standing around they made my order wrong twice once I sat down which the tables were filthy I kept hearing disturbing and very upsetting language coming from the employees they were making racist jokes and what they’ve done to peoples orders I felt sick after eating my burger meat was half cooked my Coca-Cola tasted like water my fries were cold I’m surprised this place hasn’t been shut down I will never be returning.
Ghastly service. Arrived at counter, none of the employees bothered to ask what I wish to order. Then I tried to order Jalapeno cheese sticks, was told out of stock. Then I ordered a roadhouse chicken burger, was given regular spicy chicken burger instead. Fries were lukewarm and soggy/soft. Employees were high school students who could be heard talking about boyfriends and fretting about personal grievances while I was dining.
Attempted to place an order when I walked up to counter, i asked if they still had their special that consists of two "Burgers" for $8 and the cashier in a loud and annoyed sounding voice said they were on breakfast. So I said no thanks & turned to walkout and she said, once again, in a loud and annoyed voice, that I could still do lunch items. At that point I was so disgusted with her customer service and the attitude I was receiving that I continued to walk out anyway, at which point she said I was the one being rude and giving her attitude!!! I attempted to leave and THIS is the response I get??? TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE on this day of January 19th 2022 at 11am.
Most of the kids behind the counter are goofing off and swearing loudly enough for the customers to hear. Which would be alright if this was The Trailer Park Boys. But it’s BK and I just want my whopper man
Even with a simple menu with numbers you may not get what you ordered. I ended up with a Beyond Meat Burger on a stale bun. If you are looking for fast food then go to McDonalds in Lancaster Mall, A&W or Wendy's which are all close to Burger King. I have been to this Burger King a couple of times and it's been the same....If you call the number on the receipt it goes to voicemail. I won't return and you shouldn't try it!
Terrible service, completely unorganized. Ordered online and the order had not even been started at the time it was to be ready. The store was not busy. Four employees stood at the cash and ignored me. When finally acknowledged, they seemed completely surprised that my order had even been placed. Waited 10 minutes for 4 burgers to be prepared. Burgers were not hot, fries were old and disgusting. I don't think the person preparing the burgers put on new gloves between the cash and the burger station. I would never go to this location again.
