Excellent portion, quality and price and service was above expectations!?
This is the perfect place for a couple of pints and a great meal. We went in the afternoon midweek so it was quiet but still had some atmosphere about it. Our server was very friendly and efficient, our meals were large and delicious. The pulled pork poutine was amazing.We will definitely be returning .
Nearly two years into the pandemic with a new variant with characteristics making it highly transmissible and the host checking our ID and vaccines is wearing his mask under his nose! Is it possible this person still doesn’t understand the importance of proper mask fit or did he just not care? The food was fine and the rest of the service was good but main courses were very slow to come.
Only halfway through brunch, sharing the fish cakes Benny... Forgot to take a photo before starting, and this is just my half of the Benny.Excellent. The fish cakes were phenomenal - the rest was excellent too, but the fish cakes were a real standout. Very tasty!My wife had a brunch Caesar. She quite enjoyed it, but didn't have much else to say about it.The French Toast (coconut) suffered a similar fate as the Benny... The presentation was lovely, but we tore it apart before I remembered to take photos.For reference: I always drown my sweet breakfasts in maple syrup, but I actually said, out loud: this doesn't even *need* maple syrup (EDIT: maple syrup did not make it worse - still delicious!).Not notable for ultrafast service, but very reasonable - and let's be honest: if you wanted a fast breakfast you should have gone to Timmy's or McDonald's.Positive experience, would recommend.
Delicious food, warm ambience, friendly service, clean and something for everyone. Wish we had a Britt Pub closer to home!
We ordered Fish and Chips, scallops and risotto cake, Southern Chicken with chicken gravy and maritime chowder! Drinks we had were Christmas In July, Key lime coconut and blueberry cheesecake martini! For desert we had the cheesecake pops! Everything was delicious and flavourful! Fast service, hospitable waitresses! A+++ experience; highly recommended for all!
Saint John’s isnt very creative with it's Eggs Benedict. However, I enjoyed my fishcake Eggs Benedict breakfast here at Britt’s. The coffee was good too. Noah is a great and friendly server and he is cute too!
Get the chicken and waffle poutine ?Britt's is a mainstay uptown restaurant that deserves their two successful Saint John locations. Their food changes just often enough while maintaining favorites for when you're making a comfort stop. They've recently added jackfruit options which is something I never would have tried otherwise. Can safely say I'll be back to Britt's many times.

Enjoyed a great dinner here on Friday night. The scallop starter was wonderful! Our meals were equally delicious and service excellent!
