My family was visiting Moncton for our first family vacation and stumbled about Vien Dong and it was the perfect place for our last meal in Moncton. The restaurant was beautiful decorated and had a nice, relaxed casual vibe. We had the best Thai food we had in a while, for me being vegan they were easily able to accommodate me and I can safely say you will have the best vegan pad thai in the world here. Highly recommend stopping by the gem of a restaurant.
My wife and I just had a great supper at Vien Dong. Walking into their new restaurant ,which is bright ,well decorated and spotless,and my wife being greeted by her name,was great reminder on how they give that extra touch. As usual the Imperial rolls are still the best. My wife ordered beef,and vegetables and it was excellent. I ordered the chicken curry,and they tailored the veggies to my liking, and it is my go to meal in Moncton. There isn't another plate in Moncton that can come close to it.
Had Pho and Thai Iced Milk Tea, was great! Service excellent! Would have preferred an option for thinner beef.
The bao buns were delicious!Unfortunately, my meal was served cold. The beef and chicken skewers were cold while the egg roll was hot.Flavor was good, would have enjoyed having a hot meal.Food takes a while to come out, they were starting to get busy for dinner service.Wouldn't be my first choice to go here, but wouldn't totally object if someone in my party wants to go.Waitress was friendly.

Rice platters are good. But don't order Pho. It's pricey for the portion size and doesn't taste like real beef soup. We definitely ordered the wrong thing here. Great service.
We went here with our family to celebrate our 45th wedding anniversary last night. The food was excellent and has become my favourite restaurant. The best beef curry I have every had. Everyone loved what they ordered. I want to try everything on their menu. The servers were sweet and made us feel so special. I highly recommend this wonderful restaurant to everyone.
Vien Dong has been open for years but they just moved to a new location and I wanted to check it out. It's beautifully decorated very bright and sunny. The atmosphere and service there is great and the meals continue to be delicious. We were on our way to a hockey game and Vien Dong is an easy walk to the Avenir Centre. So it's a great place to go before the game or event.
We enjoyed our lunch! Everything including the broth was really tasty and we finished every bite.
