This is Flip Burger Fest specific:Every restaurant I dealt with during last years Flip Fest, and so far this year, has allowed me to call in my order and schedule a pick up. I always pay cash and I always tip very well, as I appreciate the incredibly hard time restaurants have been having with Covid.Triiio, though, unlike 35+ other restaurants, refuses to take my order. They must have payment by credit card in advance or they won't take the order. Every other restaurant can, but paying in cash is simply Too Much for Triiio to handle.Okay.If they want to discriminate, that's their prerogative.If they don't want my business, cool. I won't attempt to ever give them business ever again and can't recommend them to anyone else either.
18 bucks for a classic 2 eggs, bacon hash browns and toast… I think not!!!
Bartender Gigi is amazing!! Knows how to make a great cocktail. The wine list is great!! Food is actually really good which isn’t surprising seeing as they are adjacent the Windjammer. They don’t have much for beer on tap, but that’s a minor detail for people who drink beer.
went to triio and i order the burger fest and i was all hype for it cause the poster and sign looked good i get there and its 20$ so i was less hype for 20$ it better be fantastic....waited almost 30 min for the burger i was getting annoyed and well i opened it and wow i was disappointed plain bun plain fries and overcooked burger...there a difference between cooked and still juicy burger and a overcooked dry burger. it was my first time there i can say will not go back
Really good service and good place too! And a helpful lady named Jenna was really nice and gave us a really good service!

With tight timelines during a conference, the staff delivered delicious food in timely manner! Comfortable atmosphere!
We go to Triio regularly and have been very disappointed to see that their new menu does not have any seafood, lobster rolls, seafood chowder, mussels, smoked salmon etc. We often take friends from out of town there and they always want to have some local seafood. The current menu looks as if it might be the same food you would get in Atlanta or some American city and does not at all reflect the wonderful local food that we have here. Please please change it to reflect where we are! j
This place is a great place to eat. Food is delicious.
