Absolutely AMAZING!!! My first authentic ramen experience and my partner and I will be back again!!! So happy we came in. Our food looked exactly like what was pictured on the menu. It is so good we got take out to bring home after our meal!! The restaurant is so clean, and the food is fresh and delicious!!! Very little wait time as well!! Only problem is we couldn't decide which ramen bowl to order!! They all looked and sounded so good!
this going to be one of my favorite places to eat in moncton for sure. me and my friend got the sitr-fried ramen and we both agree its the best we’ve had in this area. we got our food in under 15 minutes and it tasted phenomenal, need i say more?
it's alright. the soup and stir fry ramen were very similar; they have the same veggies in them, and the stir fry was quite wet.
All of our dishes were delicious and the service was fantastic, we will definitely be back! Highly recommend ?
Most amazing ramen I have ever had in my life the staff were great. My 5-year-old said that she wanted ramen for her birthday and when they brought her a bowl bigger than her head I don't think she could have been happier.
My wife and I tried it for the first time. She had the Suki Ramen and I had the Orochong Ramen. We both loved it. Can't wait to try it again.
Service and location is great but the ramen is really subpar. Very thin and un flavourful broth, ramen eggs are way overcooked, seafood ingredients are not fresh, and the “spice” is non existent. Random vegetables are also used in lieu of traditional ramen toppings. The chashu pork is pretty good though.
Located in Moncton's Main St is this precious gem of a restaurant. This is our first visit in Moncton and Tokai sure made us want to come back. The owner is pleasant and all smiles (i can see her eyes smiling, if that makes sense). The restaurant is extremely clean. The location is easy to get to. The outdoor patio is well maintained. And oh, let's not forget about the food...the food is superb! I ordered the Tokai Ramen and the bowl is larger than my face! The pork in the Tokai Ramen is sooooo tasty! Wish i could ask their recipe. The Katsudon was worth the $$! Definitely worth all the $$ spent. Please support this local business. ❤
The absolute best ramen in Moncton! Service is fast and efficient! Highly recommend!The order of edamame wasn't the best, I think it was just steamed too long, the waitress was great and didn't charge us. The dumplings were perfect! Can't wait to go back!
Took 2 ramen soup and both were delicious! Real japanese soup like in Japan. Broth is particularly awesome and pieces of pork too. It was on take out and they serve broth and ramen/vegetables in 2 different cup and you mix it when ready to eat : perfect to keep ramen the best texture!
