These guys cant follow basic instructions like, swap chicken sauce for gravy. Theyve messed up my last 5 orders, at this point I assume the staff there is so simple they need to manually remember to breath.
Great service and food. I go once a month. I did have semi-dried food stuck to the bottom of my plate when served. Plate was very clean otherwise. Little mistake in the kitchen.

Received my plate and had wrong sides , was told kitchen was to busy.. ate anyways and was offered a dessert for the mistake but never took the dessert cuz I never have room to eat it .. paid and left
It was my first time order on their webpage and pick up at the curbside. It was so easy to use and also when u arrive you just click '' I have arrived '' on your email confirmation. The staff will bring to your car door rather for you to go inside to get it.Food is great as usual.
The location itself, the food and the staff all deliver a level of quality that has me returning time and time again. My experiences at Swiss Chalet on Mountain Road in Moncton deserve this 5 star rating. See you again soon!
My wife and I both love this place. It's been our go to place for excellent chicken dinners. Oft times we'll share our sides. She'll get the fries and I'll get the Ceasars salad and then we split them between each other.Normally I'll get the chicken/ribs mix but this time I went with the 2 chicken legs meal and, for the first time ever, my wife got the ribs meal. She truly enjoyed eating their ribs (I always enjoy their ribs).It was comforting to see that this place was following current COVID guidelines and kept tables spaced properly and required proof of ID and our vaccines were up to date.We're all looking forward to the end of this pandemic and, in the meantime, please try to continue supporting local businesses.
I always go for the ribs, they're good. They have a variety of sides to choose from to go with your meal. One side is included in the price of the meal any more is a la carte. Service is generally pretty good. You also get free refill on fountain drinks.

Swiss Chalet is always great. Great waitress and you always get your food in a flash. Chicken leg dinner with a garden salad was delicious.
