It was good but the service wasnt as good as usual which was strange as it wasnt real busy and they looked to have three They were slow and forgot the two add ons we had. The hostess quickly fixed it though. Our server told us he was bartending and serving so he kept having to stop to make everyines drinks. Food was good in the end though
After getting seated the first round of drinks took 20min to get to the table, then after ordering the food it took 54min, all the chips and the fish were stale and the chicken was triple fried/almost burnt and rubbery, lately they are extremely understaffed and it results in a terrible experience- St. Louis usually is a go to but not this location.. they offered a free dessert but honestly wouldn’t even trust the quality of that either.
The food we ordered from Skip was absolutely awful. It did not look freshly made and ribs were tough with hardly any meat. Wings were just terrible. The order came quick but food was cold so we had to reheat but it still wasn't worth eating. How this place has such a high rating is beyond me.
This happened not even a year ago but I’m finally saying something because I don’t ever forget about my visit. It was the first time I ever tried St. louis and I was really excited. I drove two hours as it wasn’t in my location at the time. I never been more disapointed with the service and food. I found a hair at the bottom of my salad when I was mixing in the dressing, I asked if I could get a remake and showed him where the hair was. The server I don’t remember the name but it was a guy and he blamed my hair and didn’t remake the salad. Even if it was my hair it’s still right for customer service to whip up another salad. Doesn’t cost much to do that. So I couldn’t eat my salad and then i ordered wings, server came out and told me that they put the wrong sauce on because they forgot what i asked and assumed what sauce instead of coming back to the table and asking to make sure. As a server, I’ve never been more mortified in my life.
Normally never have an issue with any St Louis and we always liked our meals but kinda disappointed this time. Decided to try the new brisket tacos with a side of tortilla chips. Tacos had a good flavour to them but the meat was SO greasy that it spilled all over to my chips. After eating 6 soggy chips I couldn’t handle it anymore. The waitress came over and I told her about the greasy chips, she did ask if I wanted anything else and I said no and that I was good. Considering the fact that I only ate half of my meal I thought maybe they would give me some sort of discount or maybe a coupon but nope nothing. Very disappointed in this.
Nice place with nice food and awesome staff.The fries pickles is delicious ? You can find easily a spot to park your car.
The waitress was not very good. We waited a very long time after being done and asking foe the cheuqe before getting it (approx 25 mins)
It lives up to other locations for the chain and for that it gets five stars.Now I don't really think it's five star wings, but for a chain they're really good and really consistent so I'd say that earns the stars. Don't go in expecting the best wings you've ever had in your life. But if you go in expecting decent chain restaurant wings you'll be pleased that they're better than average for sure.
A great experience, friendly and fast service and a very pleasant atmosphere to meet for drinks and a meal.They have a great selection to choose from, but not too crazy so it doesn't take forever to figure what you wantI had the Shwarma Poutine and it was excellent, very delicious and filling
This place is awesome ?! The music is always good. Loved the veggie options, just add a few more and it'd be perfect ?
