There is something odd and magical happening here. Of this I have no doubt. For the staff have a way of brightening darker days and turning bad ones into great. They are happy and bring well thought out suggestions to a person not well informed on the manners of finer coffee choices. I have been back to scientifically test my theory and here are my conclusions. They have a wonderful manager who fosters and develops the team into more than they may even believe themselves capable of. Thank you Vanessa. Twice you lifted veils of darkness with positivity that others would do well to learn from. I know I have. This place if you look carefully has great things beyond mere coffee going on.
Great and friendly service! The frocho (frozen hot chocolate) is soooooo good. The price is average. 10/10 recommend
First the parking is kind of awkward. Since the last review, the quality of service has improved dramatically. I wouldn't say the staff bend over backwards to serve but at least they are polite and try to serve as soon as they can. I know business might get slower in the evenings but closing at 7PM is disappointing.
Slow drive thru, bad speaker for months, signage needs tlc on drive thru.
Drove ten min away to find a note on the drive-thru saying “we are closing at 5”….I don’t know many franchises that make their own hours up so randomly… Drove back another ten…ordered a pistachio latte last week, and when I got home it was a vanilla latte..three occasions the debit machine was down only to find out once I was in the drive through…the first time another car pulled behind me, and I had to wait two car orders to leave because I didn’t have cash . Never had a problem in years with the previous owners..hope they get back to the previous standard because I enjoyed their coffees..

The debit/credit machine was down but there was no indication of this before entering the drive thru line, so I waited 10 minutes before I seen the small sign on the menu, and then waited another 15 minutes to get out of the line because I did not have cash on me, literally wasted 25 minutes for absolutely nothing. It’s not the servers fault and yet there was no response or compassion of any sort when I recommended putting a sign up before entering the actual drive thru line… why did it even take 25 minutes of waiting for anyone to get there order? will not return to second cup ever…
Terrible service!!! I ordered a coffee and a frappe and while I was waiting for my order, I was stuck listening to the worker and her friend gossiping. After waiting over 5 minutes, I had to ask the worker if the 2 coffees on the counter were mine, as there was no frappe. She seemed very annoyed that I interrupted her conversation and said yes. When I told her that was not what I ordered, she just said sorry and continued on with her conversation. She never even asked me what it was that I had ordered. I just walked out and the door that labels "Exit" was locked. I had to leave from the door that said "No exit". Again, no acknowledgement from any staff member. I will definitely not be going again.
Great coffee. The speaker was a little broken so it was hard to hear, but the coffee was great!
Staff are not asking for proof of vaccination to anyone who enters, and the tables are always dirty.
