As always this is the best pizza I have had! Always happy with the quality. This time I tried their new Papadia which did not disappoint. Parmesan baked into their already excellent crust with a nice dipping sauce. I had the Italian which included hot peppers (always a fave for me) which were not overpowering to the taste of all the other ingredients.Only 4 stars because the service was below average. Difficult to understand the server and my change was thrown onto the counter instead of handed to me politely.Still recommend highly!

I've tried most of the franchise pizza places in Moncton, and Papa John's at 639 Mountain Rd is the most tasty (other Papa John locations may be just as delish). Tomato sauce is just right for flavor. Previous week I dipped with included garlic sauce, and paid for it later with heartburn. Second pizza on Sunday I reluctantly passed on the extra garlic-- not as delightful, but for me just the pizza is fine without it.

My pizza was cold and there was something on it that I couldn't identify! This is the second time my pizza was awful. Time to switch!

The food's rather good. That's not what I'm complaining about here. This location, rather, has a serious bout of incompetency. On two separate occasions, I order Chicken Poppers, which by default do not have sauce drizzled on them. I ordered them as default, as in no sauce on top. On these two occasions, the horrid buffalo sauce was on top. I'm empathetic to the struggles of minimum wage employees, and I understand that they can have hundreds of orders in one day. However, this is not as if they forgot one thing in a complex order; they added one thing on the order that was not ordered. It would require less effort to do my order correctly than to screw it up by putting the sauce on. If this occurred once, I wouldn't care. But this occurring twice, in the period of one month, is inexcusable and shows a serious problem with their staff. They clearly didn't pay any attention to the order; if they did, they wouldn't have added more than what I actually ordered. This is not a lack of effort, this is incompetency. Worst of all, when I called them back, they wouldn't give a refund. You may say "it's just sauce, what's the fuss", but the sauce tasted like fire ants in my mouth. Don't order food from this restaurant.

For some reason, it tastes better in Florida.

FINALLY someone who can make a pizza crust- thick and fluffy not wet and runny ? ....ordered 3 or 4 times and consistently delicious- there's hope!

Two separate customers waited 15mins after food was ready on the app. Cashier was stuck on phone order or would go chat with another worker, could've asked if pickup was here.Poor showing for what quality they add to the price.

I just watched the cashier 'check out my order and the guys before me' hand me my pizza and promptly to the to the pizza dough area and handle the dough without washing his handsI am pretty sure the cashier should not handle food, ever

Ordered four pies, three were wrong. One had onions (the person who it's for can't eat them due to dietary issues), the second had pineapple on a meats pizza and the third had the wrong sauce.

So was given a promo code through my cellphone provider, with a coupon for buying a full priced specialty pizza or medium 2 topping pizza for free. The coupon clearly said show to the retailer and not to use the coupon until I was face to face with the merchant. After calling in my order and explaining this to them, they didn't say there was a problem, so I showed up with the coupon in hand and then was told by the merchant that my coupon wasn't valid. They explained that I had to make the order online and to redeem the code online. On the coupon it didn't specify that it had to be made online, just that it had to be carry out only. In the end I just ended up paying the full price and ended up wasting the coupon to show them that it had to be shown in person with the time limit of 9 minutes.
