Just experienced firsthand how much of an impact hiring the right people has on customer experience. We’ve been to Montana's BBQ a few times in the last year and every single time, our waitresses have been extremely energetic, exceptionally friendly and we’ve received top notch service every single time. It’s very obvious the types of people they hire and very obvious why so much importance is put on this. You guys are definitely doing something right Montana’s…keep it up!
What you'd expect from a major chain - they do some things great and others not so great. Burgers were delicious, wings were tasty but the ribs were stiff and dry - a disappointment given the nature of the establishment!
My Bartender Kristen was the absolute best. She was very busy but still took the time to show amazing guest service, she is very personable. I will be back to this location for her service and the food was hot and came out quickly. Thank you Kristen
Food was good. Service was not the best it could be: fast, but too fast. Feeling the pressure to leave when our plate where not completely finished. Probably just a bad day. Clean place.
We were in the other night for supper and had the pleasure of having Erica serving us! She was wonderful.. super friendly, always made sure we had full drinks and made our experience fantastic! We will definitely come back to see her
Ribs: asked for the spicy no sweet ribs I got extremely overly sweet and dry ribs. As a side I got the beans and it was the same, beans extremely sweet, could not finished them, overly sweet, too.Burger: Ordered 2, both burnt and dry. Furthermore the bread was burnt too completely black inside.Drinks: 90% ice, so watered down.Dessert: not ordered, did not like the food so why ordering desserts?One star only because of the waitress who was very friendly and kind.
The steak is amazing .. and the cook knows how to make a well well done steak and its still tender.. great job!!3rd time having steak at montanas and I must say ..very consistent and the food is amazing!The servers are great for the most part!The store front was clean.. also bathrooms where very clean!Overall great job!
My BIL and myself ordered steaks. When it arrived, it was barely warm. Since it was a busy night, sending it back seemed unproductive. The manager offered free dessert but I felt it wasn't enough. That said, I have always enjoyed eating at Montanas.
Was really looking forward to another great meal at Montanas. However....When we arrived, the young hostess was not pleasant. We were taken to a table that must have been close to a large fan, as it was very loud and vibrating our whole booth.The menu has been cut down to much fewer selections.The food was regrettably below average at best.They nailed the steak, but that was the only good part.
