Probably one of the most consistent and friendly Mc Donald's locations I've been to.There are times where my order isn't 100% right, but I check my meals out of habit before I go anyways. And when I point it out they're always polite and responsive.I wish Mc Donald's didn't change their sourcing for chicken though. It's gotten smaller and I think that messes with the cooking times because it's always soggy and unappealing. :(
Worst place ever to go. Ordered two burgers and ask the employee who took my order to make those fresh and i still got old chicken in the burgers so i went again to drive thru to get a remake and they pulled me and they freaking came out after 20 minutes to give me the burgers and those are still not fresh.
This is the worst place you can go. I am specifically talking about this branch. Staff is very rude and has no respect for customers as well as delivery drivers. They will make you wait 30 mins for a simple short order. I never go to this location.
Arrived at the drive-thru at 10 after 12:00 midnight that is and ordered a two kind for 1198 meal deal. Upon checking our order we had to test a fry which came out to be nice and hot however soggy and hot are not good. Then we get to our burgers no pickles on our big Mac more lettuce than was in my garden last Summer and the buns were as hard as hockey pucks. I proceeded to call the restaurant and the phone rang until it hang up on me twice I have yet to speak to anybody although I will continue to call until I do. It never ceases to amaze me at what poor service you can get after midnight but at lunch time your meals are usually hot and correct. Perhaps the restaurant should not be open 24 hours if the same standards cannot be held out for that long. After working is 3:00 to 11:00 shift I was looking forward to a good meal guess I should have gone to another restaurant if that's what I had been seeking
They messed up every single part of our order with the exception of a coffee and a sandwich. We ordered a medium iced tea, an XL Double Double, 4 hashbrowns, a sausage (but no egg) McGriddle and a sausage n egg McMuffin.They gave us XL Double Double, only got 2 hashbrowns, got a bacon n egg McGriddle (?), and a sausage an egg McMuffin. We used the kiosk and after observing the restaurant, it's clear that the employees lack enough understanding of the language. Please go to a different location, it's just not worth your time here.
McDonalds should hire people who speak and understand both French and English as this is a bilungual province. Hire people with great customer service skills, not because you get tax breaks like Wal Mart. Save your money, eat at home or at Jeans on Mountain Road. Everything they cook is frozen, and is unhealthy for consumption.
Mc double was good coffee good and hot went back later coffee was coldIf its later at night I would suggest them to make a fresh pot .
Made a large order this morning dec 25 didn't get 4 orders of fries as well as one of the drinks where missing as it was a mobile order I had a receipt .so I called in to talk to the manager who said none of the information on the receipt was helpful and I would need to go in to show them so I drive back to show the receipt and without apologizing for the situation the manager says he is giving me the 4 fries I didn't get and the 1 pop and 1 free meal for my troubles . Which wasn't a good resolution for me because I have 5 children who would be upset that 4 was getting McDonald's and the other would not and there was a meal for me but not my wife so I had to order more food to make everyone happy while I was waiting for my meal the manager made a comment to another staff how I was the had to come all the way back in type and laughed at my situation thinking I wasn't able to hear him despite the fact he was 5 feet from me . So I didn't say anything more as I was already upset enough as is however once I received my food and got back home I noticed my youngest didn't get his fries or his chocolate milk in his happy meal. This is a very common occurrence at this location very poor customer service is the norm and missing items is the status quo
made me wait 30 minutes for my McDouble and then the goth girl at the cash soiled her work trousers in front of me. Although cool, extremely unprofessional for a established restaurant. Wouldn’t recommend
Got 2 coffees, both made wrong, told them they made it wrong and they gave me sugar to fix it. Take the fricking coffees back and remake them, easy fix. I hate this place.
