Please make a point to stop here! The chef will impress you with well-balanced flavours and surprising flavour combinations. The portion sizes are just right. My boyfriend and I had a wonderful evening out together here and very much enjoyed our attentive and friendly server, Michael. When we mentioned being fans of astronomy, he pointed out to us that it was the anniversary of the moon landing today. Great conversation, atmosphere, decor, staff and amazing food. We will be back.

Both my wife and I choose the chef's choice, six course meal. Every portion was perfect. The service staff was exemplary and you never felt rushed or bothered. I highly recommend Little Louis' for a special night out.
This place has a very smart and talented chef! Many layers of amazing flavour in every dish, and just smart flavour choices overall. The lobster bisque was creamy and nutty and hit all the right spots, and was compliments of the chef. The duck duo I had as a main was cooked very well, and the black garlic sauce had an earthy punch that paired well with the glaze. There was also ravioli that was included that was also fantastic. I also sampled my wife’s dish which was halibut cooked absolutely perfectly, and also came with fried clams, Yukon gold potatoes and a thick tartar type sauce with mint included. The mint added an awesome freshness that paired well with the acidity of the sauce. Lovely romantic atmosphere and wonderful service from Michael who checked in at the perfect appropriate times and gave us the right amount of privacy, as well as attending to our needs. Great service, and one of the best meals I’ve ever had this place is an absolute must. We will definitely be back!
Can't understand how I have not heard about Little Louis' before?! I guess they probably don't have to advertise because they are that good. We parked across the street because the parking ot was full and took the elevatopr up to this second floor resataurant. Wow. The amuse boche of lobster bisque was fantastic, with a dlicate balance of flavours that blew me away. I don't even like lobster, but I LOVED this bisque!!! The caesar salad had lobster knuckles in it with pork cubes - a very nice take on a caesar. Very nice. I also had a steak that I don't see on their online menu; it was on a bed of rib meat and was absolutely perfect; crispy exterior and pink in the middle. The chocolate dessert with mousse, whipped cream and a sort of meringue wafer was light and made me want to order a second. Really. I live for these kinds of desserts! This was not a meal, it was a beautiful dining experience I won't soon forget. Our server was phenomenal too.
We had an out of your mind dinner experience. Food was marvellous like always. All the flavours were perfect. The umami oysters were incredible fresh and delicious. One of the best restaurants that I have ate in my life for sure. We tried so many places in other cities and this restaurant is on my top 3 for sure. Incredible dinner experience. Shout out to our great server Veronique, she is incredible, explain with so much detail every dish that it feels like she cooked herself, it brings you to a completely difference experience.
One of the best fine dining experiences we've had in a long time! The food was fresh and flavourful plus the staff was attentive and pleasant. Highly reccomend to anyone who enjoys the finer things on your plate. The price point is appropriate and very fair. They started us off with un amuse-bouche (bisque with homemade fried papardelle), then we shared the foie gras and local oysters au naturel. For our main we had the surf and turf and ended the evening with crème brûlée. The sauce and spice parings were spot on with no substitutions or additions needed. Everything was truly perfect! Flavours and seasoning were great. I'm from Ontario and this tasting could easily an extra $15-30 more. Great product and excellent value.

Visiting Moncton for the week-end, called at 4pm on Saturday and were lucky that they had a cancellation for that evening. Wonderful atmosphere, three piece band played quietly in the background. Service was excellent. We had the Tasters Menu with the wine pairing and each course was perfect! We were at the restaurant for 3 1/2 hours, no worries about being rushed. Highly recommended!
