Amazing food, really nice place, great service and really nice bathrooms too.
We called at 3 pm to see if they would accommodate 30 of us. They did it with flying Colours. We had an incident with another patron being inappropriate with our girls and the staff handled it very professionally. The food and staff were amazing. Great place all around.
Had a Deluxe Bacon Cheeseburger with onion rings on the side with a root-beer float. It was great, the flavour was there and the rings were perfectly crispy. Also the root beer was really nice and creamy. The staff were nice and friendly and food was served quickly. 10/10
The food and service were excellent. We ordered 7 different meals and they were all delicious and exactly as ordered. Love this place.
Went to Kelsey’s with my wife and two daughters for dinner. Used the on-line reservation system and everything went smoothly. Greeters were very friendly and we were seated immediately. Waitress was very helpful with questions and friendly. The menu is very good for a chain restaurant with some unique options. Food came out in a reasonable time for a Friday evening. The food was very good and everyone was happy with their meals. The music and environment was great.
Food was great however services wasn't the best. The server was over burdened and kept forgetting our food and drinks. I would go back but not during prime times.Update: Excellent customer service! Kelsey's reached out and took the time to listen to my concerns. I am really looking forward to visiting again.
The two handed burgers were amazing! The sangria was tasty and very friendly wait staff! Will definitely return.

Came here tonight to celebrate my 3rd dating anniversary with my husband. We had such an amazing time, our waitress was very friendly, and the atmosphere was great.I ordered a BBQ Chicken Club and my husband ordered their mild-flavoured chicken thighs. I really enjoyed my burger, especially that apple butter BBQ sauce (it was absolutely phenomenal). My only comment on it was that my chicken was a little dry. Other than that, it was perfect! My husband wished that his chicken came with something light like some carrots to balance it just because the chicken felt so heavy.Always looking forward to going back and trying out new things!
Love absolutely everything about this restaurant. It’s so good every time and the staff are awesome.
