We visited IHOP on July 26 for breakfast. The staff here are just ridiculously good. Attentive, friendly and always ready to look after the customers. Hands down among on of the best customer experiences around. We were served by Renante. We ordered the Quick 2 egg breakfast with a side of ham and an order of pancakes. It was all just wonderful. Portions were great. With coffee and tea our bill came to 33.58. Nothing to complain about there.

Excellent service, especially as the server appeared to be on his own (other than kitchen staff). The restaurant and restrooms were clean and wheelchair accessible, including accessible parking spaces. The food was good, we just had crêpes this time but will likely try something savoury next time we're in the area.

The taste, the prices were by far the best I’ve experienced in Moncton! The staff seemed short staffed, however everyone seemed to pitch in where needed. Now I know why it was so busy!!

Everything you would expect from a well known chain. Lots to choose from on the menu. It was very busy when we were there but the service was good as was the food. Well managed and clean restaurant

We came here for Father's Day brunch and let me tell you, the service was amazing. Our server was well trained, knowledgeable and very polite. ( Not robot like)The food portions were very good for the price and it tasted delicious, place was clean.I'm definitely coming back here!

The waiter and greeter were good … nothing other than that ! The food wasn’t up to IHOP standards as we have had better meals at other Ihops especially in the US. The pancakes were bland and the cake of hash browns seemed like they had been sitting for awhile. The coffee was horrible not like the IHOP coffee I’ve had before. This was our first time at the Moncton IHOP and probably our last. I don’t know how they can ruin pancakes ? Gave it three stars because the service was good and not the food ! Doesn’t IHOP have quality control ?

Great food, friendly staff. Waited 15 minutes to get in. Well worth the wait.

The food was excellent. Best hashbrowns I have ever had. We will be going back to try some more things on the menu for sure!

Went to the Moncton location late this afternoon. Waitress was great, but it appears like she was the only waitress working. food was slow coming out, but everything was hot and delicious except for the chunk of hash browns, almost raw in the middle. As the meal was consumed, more people coming in for supper, and we're being told at the door, there was a 45 minute wait, because there was only ONE cook working. Seriously, IHOP, you had ONE cook working, you are famous for pancakes, and this is "Fat Tuesday" ! the day well known for mass quantities of pancakes being consumed! And, beware all coffee lovers, a carafe of coffee is $3.99...And if you want "more coffee" , you are charged for a 2nd carafe of coffee, for another $3.99! What ever happened to "bottomless coffee cups" , like MANY other restaurants have? In conclusion, waitress was great, food was great (except half cooked hash browns) and it's a good thing I didn't land there at suppertime, to be told it would be a 45 minute wait, because I would have left, like the other suppertime crowd of patrons. Corey Craig Enterprises, and the Manager of this location, need some serious lessons on staff scheduling for special days of the year!

friendly service, great food not rushed.
