Worst customer service experience ever. Not just once, but repeatedly. I have been at this location 10+ times now - first time, they cut me off when speaking in drive thrw, then the girl laughs when ordering. When I ordered today, they didn’t even heat the buns - it was all dry! Don’t mess with people’s food!
Best burger if all fast food joints and Canadian too.
The Moncton Harveys is a great and fantastic place to buy meals and the staff is friendly and helpful too
Terrible quality food. Waited in the drive thru for the food to he fresh they even apologized for the long wait when I was only one in line and then the food isn't even cooked right?? Now they won't answer the phone for me to try get it fixed
Busy spot, service was great, food was hot. First time we have ate in for some time. Staff kept on top of cleaning tables as folks left. Worth the visit and will do again soon. Washrooms was lean, always a bonus. ?
Original cheeseburgers were excellent, yet the portion of french fries and onion rings were extremely small! Their price ratio was therefore relatively high, resulting in an overall rating of average - and this, even if the service was very good, and the toilets were clean. For the above reasons, we will not return in the near future. The foregoing constitutes a review as opposed to a complaint!Just now: an unamed owner wants me to complete a detailed questionnaire with "personal information" to discuss this further - read the review which "contains sufficient information to address the issue at hand" without infringing on my right in terms of personal information. It's exactly what you would expect from any Harvey's - good but not phenomenal fast food.
Too bad this location seems to have gone downhill judging by newer posts and my lunch. Today I treated myself to a burger and frings. Fries were soft and seemed old, and they tasted of old oil. Burger had one little slice of pickle and one little slice of tomato, half the burger had no toppings. Did I get the smallest pieces because I went through the drive-thru? Or was someone too thrifty to properly add toppings? They shouldn't nickel and dime toppings. I love Harveys, at least half the burger tasted great. But this location needs to step up their game. Person at the drive-thru was cheerful and welcoming.
Fries are superb but everytime cold cold burgers.. Shame.
Was in here for the first time today and it was a disaster. I waited nearly 10 minutes before placing my order and when I finally gave my order. I paid using my Scene points only for them to tell me there was an error so I paid using my debit card. While waiting for my order, I noticed the transaction had in fact gone through on my Scene card so I essentially paid twice. They said they couldn't do anything about it. Then, three other people who ordered after me proceed to get their orders before me. I ended up being there for almost half an order to get two burgers, onion rings and drink.
