I ordered online for a pizza, and when i got to the restaurant they did not even know i ordered. They did not have an order for my name, so i showed the email with my order number and told them they took the money out of my bank for this order!!!!The lady went to check orders with my order number and when she came back i asked for a refund and she ignored me and went to the back. Once she came back out i asked AGAIN about a refund because they did not have my order and she said they already started making my order and she started dealing with other customers.I asked about the refund again and she said she cant help me and to call skipthedishes.The lady who i delt with did not even have the respect to bring me out the food herself and had someone else do it!I find it disrespectful that she ignored me and went to other customers!!! The fact i ordered online for a set pickup time and my food was not ready and i had to wait an extra 30 min for it!!! Will not be going back to this location EVER AGAIN!!! ( the location was the grecos on mountain road, NB)On top of everything they didn't even give me the correct order. They wrote "Hawaiian? oops" on the box and half of the pizza did not have pineapple. I ordered a creamy garlic dip and never got it!!!This was a waste of my time and a waste of my money.
This has just become my number one place for buying pizza. Best I've experienced in our new living location (having previously lived in another province). I loved how the crust was delicious all the way to the very ends. Enjoyed the crunchy tiny bits of toppings on the crusts ends and their continued chewy softness. I asked for the garlic parmesan crust and had no regrets. Still delicious next day. Great value for the money.My wife ordered the pretzel crust and found it to be too salty (as did I when I sampled hers). Both of us found ONLY the crust was too salty with the pretzel crust, otherwise she Enjoyed her pizza as well and agreed it was the best yet, for our tastebuds.
After almost 2 decades. I finally got around to getting food from Greco again and well the experience was rather so so. First off when you try to get delivery, they insist on you creating and signing up for an account. I already have enough accounts so I skipped that and switched it to instore pickup. Any decent service is gonna be smart enough to give you a chance to opt out. So I did that and got an order confirmation with a link to tracking the order status. It did not specify a time. After 45 minutes it still said "Cook" and there was no change in status, phone call or anything. So I went down there. It wasn't crowded in there, there was only one person. After he left some guy from door dash (or other such service for the lazy) shows up and jumps the line without a care in the world, talks to the counter person then disapears leaving his bag on the counter? Okay? I get to the thing and the person asks for a "number" because they have "six other orders" and I assuming they were talking about an order number was unable to provide this information (not good at remembring long strings of random numbers). I was able to get them to find my order, but then they were like "so you do have a number"? Oh so you meant a phone number, so why didn't you just specify that in the beginning? Got home. Food was almost cold. You couldn't have atleast put it in a warmer or something? Garlic fingers decent. Pizza just average. Not as amazing as I remember it being when I was younger. All in all a bit too expensive compared to their competition. You guys are going to have to step up your game, or you're going to get whooped by Pizza Hut and Dominos, which are both in this city and provide a far better service. BTW - 2 hours later order status was still "cook" - with no change in notification. Which means its either busted ,or someone was just too lazy to update it. Lol...
Had coupons from work for 2 pizzas. These were delicious! And great service!
Good food for a reasonable price
Sometimes the food is good and sometimes the food is terrible. I would say it's about 50 50 percent of the time its good and than it's bad. When it's the people I know working than the food is fine but if it's anyone else than they don't follow instructions and well cook the sub like they're asked. Some of them put way to much sauce and it just seems like everyone isn't on the same page about amounts of products being put onto the sub there should be some sort of system so that they're consistent cause this is what people like when it comes to food, consistency. I know I do and I expect it but most of the time. I can expect garbage if I order anywhere other than my normal greco by my house.
Meh! Donair meet very spicy. They got the order wrong and someone in our group had to pick onions and tomatoes off their donair. He never did finish this.
Me and the hubby ordered a large size fries, medium Mango Smoothie and a medium fountain drive. Everything was good beside the little mistake of giving us a smaller cover for the drink.
I would have preferred to have had my Hawaiian pizza cooked a little longer. Crust seemed like it should have cooked longer. The rest was great.
Good customer service ??. Always good food never had issue.
