This pizza is delicious. The crust is light and tasty and even the outer crust is easy to chew being a golden light brown. The toppings are fresh and the bacon is not bit, but real bacon. The tomato sauce is not too sweet or heavy on spice. Well balanced to complement the cheese and toppings. This is a rarity in the industry. It is hard to find a regular pizza since the thin crust craze and without changing the recipe for the dough using different pans and ovens has created inconsistency in the crust from dry to scorched at other pizza chains. This is my 1st pizza at Freddie's, and decided to try deep dish. Staff is friendly the store is clean and it did not take them long to get the order served. I would highly recommend this restaurant the food is excellent. This chain should be Canada wide to allow other Canadians to enjoy a pizza from the past. A great product. I will certainly try the other items on the menu.
Lots of meat and very soft bread. Very large portion for the price. The flavors were excellent and good to the last bite. The staff is very friendly and efficient.
Food was excellent ? gentleman at the counter was courteous, polite and friendly. We had 2 Donair & 2 Panzerotti, everyone satisfied ?
Donair and Garlic finger combo was great. Donairs were very tasty and garlic finger were enjoyed by the kids. Would go again when in the area.
I have been a fan of Freddie's for years here, on Mountain Road and in Amherst. I ordered a 12" with pepperoni, mushroom, hamburg and bacon, my wife's was a 12" gluten free with onion, mushroom, bacon and hamburg. $43 dollars with a small bottle of pop. Wow.We picked it up and hit the road. Neither came with mushrooms as ordered, there were tiny peices of bacon with hamburg sprinkles and very little cheese. Less than a few dollars for materials, the profits must be huge. So disappointed.
Had their donairs and garlic fingers. Donairs were good but small for what we got for the money. They garlic fingers were delicious however. I had Freddie's once before in Amherst. Decent food!
Had really good service. The person serving us was pleasant and even ran outside for another order when he noticed they forgot a box. The pizza was surprisingly good since we ordered the dairy free option. The plant-based pepperoni was also great. We will definitely be back.

Freddie's Pizza is amazing, the pizza and donairs are phenomenal. They also have amazing vegan options for people as well for pizza and garlic fingers they are both really good.Highly recommend this restaurant for anyone.
I was super excited to try their dairy free pizza and garlic fingers. Unfortunately the women working today was not knowledgeable. Their staff is usually very good. She kept referring to gluten free things when I double checked my order, I didn't request a single gluten free item, which made me nervous. The ordering process wasn't easy and I'm currently having and allergic reaction. I was also told previously that they don't charge extra for dairy free cheese and she did. I gave 3 stars because the pizza is very good otherwise but not worth what I payed for.
