My burger and fries were fine, I hated the hip hop music that was playing inside the restaurant.
Very poor service. The staff wasn't helpful either. Had to wait 15 mins for a take out order which was ordered ahead.
Well staff started my meal, then hit by oblivion and went on break... But onion rings are perfectly crispy
Great cheeseburger. I mean very good. The poutine was just ok though.
The food is always good. But the employee going to town on straw while standing over the food was very off putting. That is disgusting and unsanitary, especially at the tail end of pandemic. Very unprofessional and very gross.

Can't really beat it for what it is - good burgers, great fries, incredible value and relatively quick for what you're getting. Staff is fairly friendly as well.Bottom line, if you're looking for a great burger, pretty quickly, with some good topping choices (plus a generous amount of fries) this is one of my top picks in Moncton.
Slipped in before closing last night for some take-out. There were 3 people behind the counter and only the 2 of us customers. We ordered 2 burgers, a fry, and an $8.50 poutine for over $30 worth of food. We got home, opened the bag, and no poutine. Instead we had 3 orders of fries. I'm not sure how a simple order like this could get messed up with 3 people working and no other customers, so we tried to call to get this remedied, but they were already closed. My first experience here was disappointing.
Our family wanted to try Burger Week so we settled on Big League’s offering of the Chipotle Jack Burger. We ordered 3 Chipotle Jack burgers, 1 Single cheeseburger, 2 Lg. Fries & 1 Lg. onion ring which totalled $69. Completely overpriced for the quality & quantity. All 4 burgers had small, overcooked, dry patties. The 3 Chipotle ones were supposed to have crispy onion & bacon. When my son opened his he thought he got someone else’s order because it looked so different from the picture circulating for Burger Week. The amount of crispy onions and bacon on the burgers was laughable. I picked it off and each burger had about 7 small crispy onions and approximately 1/2 piece of bacon that had been broken into little pieces. The fries and onion ring were nothing special, they were ok, what one would expect. The burgers reminded me of when you go to a bbq and someone has overcooked them. Edible and kind of tasty because you’re hungry but overdone and dry. Absolutely not worth $69. I highly recommend trying a different Burger Week Feature.
Best burger in town. I wouldn't even consider getting a burger for lunch from anywhere else in town
