Drive thru is not set up properly...when they ask you to move your cae foward to wait for your order to be ready (even when no one is behind you), it makes it hard to get out of the parking lot. Just let us stay in the drive thru until we get our food when its not busy. Other than that, its a great place
I love thials Arby's. My only complaint is the inconsistency. Sometimes you get more toast beef than other times and some times there is very little cheese and the next time there is so much that it's gross.
The lady who made my poutine and mozzarella stick was awesome. I watched her make my fries and leave them down a bit longer knowing her oil was low! And made me fresh mozzarella stick rather then giving me the old ones from 30 minutes ago like the other worker suggested! Good job girl and thank you for you customer service!
Had the 3 cheese bacon and beef sandwich. Tiny amount of bacon, and the sandwich had an over-microwaved taste and texture. Disappointing

you advertise 2 for $9.00 on your outside sign on the front lawn. I order 2 for $9.00 plain roast beef; no cheese no sauce on a plain sesame seed bun and they say they don't have any. BS since my dinner friend got a single of that exact item I ordered. I got my money back. I only worked 14 years in Food & Beverage and I unless you do not have the food to serve on an advertised item then you must serve that item at that price.
I was just there , we came from Sussex just to go to Arby's. I didn't catch the name of the girl at the cash, but she was amazing. Great attitude great customer service. This is why I will continue coming to this particular location. So whatever her name was I do hope she sees this.Thank you very much.
