Really bad service,I’ve gone there 4-5 time,when I went there the first time,a guy made me a cappuccino and he made sure to put extra sugar like I requested but when I went there the other times the other workers totally ignored my request,I told them to put extra sugar and each time they didn’t put any.I hope you train your workers properly.Thank you very much.

Their hot coffee always tastes burnt, but their iced coffee and iced teas are great.
Absolutely terrible. I returned a muffin and the manager (possibly also the owner) had a fit. He forcefully crumpled up the bag and slammed it into the garbage. I chose an oatcake for a replacement, and he charged me 10 cents! As I was leaving he slammed the cash drawer shut so hard I thought it would break. The one star is for the unfortunate employee who was waiting to hand me my new pastry. Must be hell working there.
