This place is brutal... they never have anything in stock and the staff are miserable and rude. They are usually to busy socializing with each other instead of paying attention to what they're doing so it takes forever to get your order and when you do get it, it's normally messed up some how. This is by far the worst Tim Hortons in the City.

Typical timmies. Four stars was a bit generous but I had good company. Service was a bit slow but this is average and we only did coffee since their food is inedible.

On going issue with ordering Tea black 2 sugar, and the put milk or cream in. It wouldn't be such a big deal but happens frequently and I usually don't open it till I'm home (45 minutes to 1 hour away) to give it time to cool down. I'm very allergic to milk! Called them and going to make me a replacement next time I'm in.. let's see how it goes.

It's Tim's what do you say really other than I wish their knew number one their correct inventory or when they are out of something and also with in mind it allows you in the app to order and pay for items that are not available and then no refund is possible just something else off the menu and it's so bad that it will allow to order and pay for breakfast items when they are not available and again no refund. This is horrible for any business can you imagine McDonslds allowing you to order breakfast after 11:00 AM Sharp not likely. For this reason not just this location but all receive 1 star ss this is totally unaccetable.

They RARELY put napkins in your bag. Nine out of ten times I come here, I find myself searching my car for an extra napkin from another fast food joint.

Never have anything on the menu in stock. Seems like every time we are here we get "sorry we don't have... right now".Pretty luch all you can count on is coffee.

Service was fast, considering the vehicles in front of me. Very polite

For the fourth time I go through drivethrough and a line up to have a teenager take my order three times seeming as first and second time she couldn't get my order only to screw it up and lace my iced coffee in liquid sugar after specifying twice I cannot have it . Beyond frustrated. For what we pay should we not get what we order..health risk aside??

Never experienced a more slower service and staff on a busy or none busy day. Come in here multiple time for my lunch breaks and have been disappointed each time. As someone who has worked in the service industry for 10 years I like to think I'm pretty understanding of "bad days" or "busy shifts" but over my multiple trips I've noticed it's the lunch staff that's the issue not the certain day itself. For 5-6 people to be on and only 3 customers and no drive thru customers I have waited 10 mins for a sandwich, 1 donut and a tea.Edit* came here again and ordered a sandwich paid for it and waited only to find out they are out of some of the items to make it. Got a bagle instead did not refund me my money for the price difference. Love paying $5.74 cream cheese bagel.DO BETTER !

Just got back from the drive thru and waited 45 min for coffee. About 12 to 15 cars ahead of me when I got there. Unrealistic to do that again. I'm going to buy a coffeemaker and make my own before I waste my time doing again. Saturday at 11:15 left the window at 12.
