Great service and friendly staff, Clean bathrooms and sitting areas. Virtually no waiting times where lines almost never idle. Best morning coffee or late day treats.
I'd give less than one star if it would let me.Waited for more than 5 minutes at the counter while being ignored by all 4 staff members.They did have the time to gossip about a fellow employee though who is working TWO jobs and getting a car loan.I never did get any service so I left and bought something from one of your competitors instead.
My large coffee was cold. Friday morning and cold coffee, not even warm, not able to drink it. Going to a different location from now on.
