Ordered breakfast combos, they forgot my hash browns and the bacon was raw. Had to come home, take it off the sandwich, and cook it before eating.
This location is often too busy to be bothered with. The drive-thru during the morning hours is usually backed up onto the street and moving slowly.
On several occasions they have had no hot food, several hours before closing. I have never seen Tim Hortons run out of hot food more than in Fredericton, will avoid in the evenings.
It takes a ton of patience to come.to this Tim Horton's. It's all waiting. Even on mobile orders.

This place could use a few extra hands during peak times, when the drive thru is busy and the store line up is growing. I’m sure there’s ways to determine peak times and staff accordingly.
Very few times have I walked away satisfied with my order as it's always wrong some workers need to work on customer service skills
Not sure what happened to Tims after BK purchased it but gone way down hill. Pulled out of drive-thur line after sitting in same spot for 15mins. Tims Hortans is not that complicated of a product.
This location is nothing but a pain to go to. I ordered my drink on the app before driving to SJ to work and apparently they do not have the machine required for me to even order it. Now I'm 20 minutes late for work because they don't actually have what they say they have. Staff also decided to ignore me after they gave me a refund. I wanted to order something else but they walked away without an apology. This is the second time I was able to order something they didn't actually have and it's getting very frustrating to go to this location or use this dumb app. Figure it out Tim Hortons.
