Absolutely horrible customer service! If you hate your job that badly just quit. I’ve never met such miserable people in my life. Won’t be back

I feel very badly for staff as they work very hard but just are so seriously understaffed.Definitely won’t be coming back to make business for the owner felt sad for the workers But we have had to several complain about different Tim Horton’s Location won’t be coming back here for a while.

Tim's is hit and miss with their quality of coffee, some days it's great others it's terrible

Absolutely terrible Tim Hortons location, and even worse customer service. I don't even know why they keep their mobile ordering running, they can't seem to get an order finished in less than 15 minutes. Today was yet another day where I could have just waiting in the lineup, that went out the door, and still received my order faster than using mobile and standing there for 10 minutes inside the store.They wouldn't even offer me anything for the inconvenience. Simply refunded my order and threw it out right in front of me. Appalling.Customer service for mobile ordering is also abysmal. They simply tell you to go in to the store and talk to a manager, which clearly has zero effect, because the in-store staff don't care enough to offer discounts or refunds for inconvenience like they used to. Which is probably why they stopped doing it externally, and figure most will just not bother.

Absolutely the slowest service I've ever seen in a Tim Horton's. Never going back!!

Never have anything in stock! Very frustrating. Unless you just want coffee it's a gamble what theyay have.

Extremely slow, often get orders wrong. Don’t go if you are in a rush.

Pretty good. I think the bagels go through toaster at light speed to slightly warm them.

Coffee had grit in it and my crisply chicken was partially frozen.I will not be going back here.

Food was great. Drive-thru was very slow.
