The Borden Tim Hortons is a great and fantastic place to buy coffee tea donuts muffins and there and there is a Esso Service Station there and the staff is friendly and helpful in both places too
At 6 am July 10th they didn’t open the door for me and my brother. We drove from Toronto to there and we needed fresh coffee but…..
The usual dark roast coffee to go, made to order an filled to the rim as requested... great staff..!

So I get at least one French vanilla cold brew a day...best cold beverage out there...prospect st. Tim Hortons drive thru staff needs training. I got an iced coffee...very bland, by the way...and they are trying to say they are giving me what I order, a fv cold brew. I just paid for my drink and got something I never ordered that was at a lesser price. Not impressed at all. And to top off the lovely experience, they had the nerve to talk down to me and treat me like I didn't know what I ordered. Monday ,June 13th @ 5:05pm
Worst customer expierence, manager had 0 sense of handling customer ! Rachel was manager on duty saying if you want to order then order orelse leave! The expectation was already low from this outlet but it dropped down below the level of hell
My boyfriend ordered a large iced cap and was given an ice coffee. He politely told the employee there that he asked for an ice cap and not an ice coffee, but was met back with "well that's what our screen says" and was refused the right drink he ordered.If a customer is given the wrong drink because you misheard them, that is your fault, and it is on you as an employee to give the customer what they payed for.Also, Tim Hortons doesnt give receipts or even offer them. What is up with that?
the past two days i have gone in and thwy messed up mt sandwich both times. yesterday it didnt have the egg taken off like i asked, and today it was cold. not good.
Brutal and unprofessional services. I had a conversation with an Indian woman who was working Sunday noon as a floor manager. She needs to take behavioural course to learn the manner and needs to learn how to serve customer. We went there for coffee not for hot water. We are paying for the service not for unprofessional attitude.
A elder Tim’s employee and continues to kick out 2 teens and accused them of vaping and I was sitting inside a bothe right by them and the were not vaping, discriminating of age and while those teens left the worker proceeded to call her the “slasher” and starts to make fun of the young woman
